Search suggestions for embattled hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett appear to have been manipulated by Google to show favorable results, compared to auto-complete suggestions from competitors. In a screenshot posted to Reddit, Google search engine users noticed considerable differences between auto-complete suggestions provided by Google and those of DuckDuckGo, Yahoo and Bing.One example from Google shows a user typing “Jussie Smollett is a…,” to which the auto-complete suggests “is a hero,” or “is a twin.”  

Hofstra University student activists are calling for the removal of a statue of Thomas Jefferson from campus near New York City because they say the third American president represents racism and slavery. The latest fad in criminal-justice activism is the concept of “survival crime.” The theory holds that the homeless, the poor, and people of color commit property crimes and low-level infractions in order to secure their basic survival. A Cheektowaga man is in the hospital tonight following a road rage incident that left him needing surgery.
