On Monday, the court ruled to keep in place an injunction against the Department of Homeland Security’s parole program. The injunction was issued by a federal district judge in Florida last month. A vehicle carrying 14 people flipped and killed at least five undocumented migrants during a chase involving Border Patrol Agents in south Texas, News 4 San Antonio reported. The SUV reportedly crashed off Highway 85 in Big Wells, Texas. Twelve immigrants were ejected when the car crash. Four died as a result. PAMPA - Pampa Police arrest 16 illigal individuals after a traffic stop. It happened at 2:40 a.m. when a Pampa Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a speeding violation. OAN Newsroom The Trump administration is allowing customs officers to screen all cargo trucks coming into the U.S. in an effort to crack down on Mexican drug cartels. Under the Obama administration agents would only conduct random inspections allowing cartels to run their concealed loads through the border, but border security forces will now use technology to screen every cargo truck. According to the Department of Transportation about 471,000 trucks pass through the U.S.-Mexico border on a monthly basis. Officials say cartels often use other routes to transport drugs, but their preferred method is driving through a port of entry.

Republican candidate Donald Trump said, incorrectly, during Monday night's presidential debate that the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a federal law enforcement agency, had just endorsed him. Since government agencies cannot issue endorsements, Mr. Trump was likely referring to the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, a union representing some 5,000 immigration officers, which backed Trump in a campaign announcement Monday morning. The latest show of support adds to Trump's endorsements from other law enforcement unions, including the National Border Patrol Council, which represents some 16,500 immigration officers, and the Fraternal Order of Police, which represents about 330,000 officers nationwide.
