LGC Global Corp., a multi-faceted, minority-owned contracting company in Detroit, has been awarded a $51.9-million contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build a four-mile section of the border wall between the United States and Mexico. A $275 million contract has been awarded to an Alabama company to start construction of a 14-mile border wall in Laredo, Texas.
