Chapman was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017 after having a nagging cough checked out, family spokeswoman Mona Wood-Sword said. Chapman was declared cancer-free after removing a tumor. But she was later diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Chapman was hospitalized in Honolulu Friday after having difficulty breathing and passing out momentarily. According to TMZ, "Dog" was on a Minnesota radio station when he admitted to being a cheater -- and then went on to say that his wife had no knowledge of it. PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico (AP) -- A Mexican judge has ruled to close the criminal case against bounty hunter and TV reality star Duane "Dog" Chapman, but state prosecutors have appealed the decision, officials said Thursday. In the July 27 ruling, Judge Jose Alberto Montes ruled the statute of limitations had expired on the case, said Guillermo Diaz, assistant prosecutor for the state of Jalisco, where Puerto Vallarta is located. What does the man have to be apologetic about? Capturing a convicted serial rapist who should never have been in Mexico in the first place? Maybe for not saying "may I" first?
