You are absolutely correct. Every other protected class evolved into a recognized protected class. There was a judicial and a legislative process. This is because hasty laws make bad law. Arbitrarily adding a new protected class without making it adhere to the proper process to ensure it is correct to do so is always a terrible idea.

The real problem behind that is that sexual orientation could never clear the established tests to rise to the level of a protected class. The gay lobby does not lack for talented attorneys and money. Had they been able to make it work the proper way (the same way all the other protected classes had to,) they would have. Instead, they lobbied and manipulated and outright subverted the rule of law to get the result they wanted. Always remember that when people say that it is just about equal rights. Its not and never has been. It is about special rights.

America doesn’t have a gun problem. America has a primarily “blacks with guns problem”. It would be accurate to say that “minorities with guns” are the problem in America. 80% or more of all gun crimes in America are committed by Black males of a specific age group. It is the elephant in the room that no ones dares bring up. The reality is that if we could get and keep all weapons out of the hands of minorities, America’s gun/crime statistics would look like Sweden overnight.

So far only Bloomberg has had the courage to actually say this. Of course that turd wants everybody’s guns and is simply starting at the most obvious place. He would never be content to stop there with the problem solved. We need to push back on the insanity of disarming the law abiding to lower the #’s of criminals killing each other and their victims.

Neither one is a “Hero.” They both served. That’s it. I am tired of people obfuscating their treason with, at best, questionable “service.” Real heroes never claim to be heroes. They can also handle criticism of their current actions without falling back on their 40 plus years old service.

Trump is right. Getting captured and making it to release does not in and of itself = hero. Heroism is something else entirely and it cheapens/diminishes the real thing when clowns like these backstop each other with false claims of heroism.

The real irony in all this is watching the Alinsky ites who revere insult and mockery, preaching against it when applied to islam. A brilliant comeback would incorporate both the rules for radicals and the lefts other sacred cow, homosexuals. Rush really nailed it when he posited that since homosexuality is an insult to islam worthy of death, are the dimmis going to apply the same reasoning to homosexual marriage and homosexual rights when they are in the muslimes crosshairs? Of course they wont, but it would be hilarious to watch them squirm trying to justify the nonexistent differences.

No. Are they

The real takeaway from this is that every other identity group goes on offense EVERY FRIGGIN TIME there is anything (plausible or not) that can be used to advance their agenda and their power. If the rest of society is content to sit back and watch, they are going to lose in the end. There needs to be a powerful identity group for the silent majority of America or we will become a powerless minority very quickly.

I dont know all the facts but I am pretty sure that the victims being muslim had little to nothing to do with their getting shot. Allowing CAIR to capitalize on this and bad precedent to be set in the law hurts society and there needs to be a hard pushback against the attempt to do so.

Actually, they are not really a protected group. Lost in all of these media contrived nonsense is the fact that homosexuals have never been able to meet the basic three pronged test for a suspect class entitled to legal protections. Homosexuals have had thirty some odd years and one of the richest and most influential lobbies ever but they have never tried to pursue Thats because they know they would never be able to succeed. Instead they agitate in the courts of public opinion and get weak willed politicians to simply declare them a member of a suspect class. Everyone is so busy falling all over themselves to prove they are tolerant that they completely miss the the fact that they are facilitating special treatment of homosexuality which just exacerbates the problem.

If Routh was/is a muslime, the reason for killing Kyle is pretty easy to figure out. They couldn’t get him over there so they figured out a way to get him over here. I read an article where Walid Shoebat analyzed Routh’s appearance in photos and was very confident that Routh was a convert. I am familiar with things like the dark spot on the forehead from grinding the head on the ground in prayer and slippers with the heels pushed down. Shoebat called attention to the beard/no mustache look and explained it’s significance. That was a new one. IMO Routh is a convert. He could still have been ( & most likely was ) directed by others.

  • Most Vaccines Should be Voluntary

    1malumprohibitum to Boogieman

I think you are being deliberately obtuse. The issue isn’t whether or not vaccines would vaccinate a newborn. The issue is whether or not all newborns NEED a STD (or IV Drug use) vaccine at all. As another poster said here, it has everything to do with the lowest common denominator and not science.

TPTB do not want to say “this specific % of the population is at risk and should/must have the Hep B vaccine.” So, due to their cowardice (and likely their avarice as well) they decree everyone should have it. Again, this is exactly the same thing we are facing in our “war on terror.” Afraid to follow the proven model of profiling the % of people most likely to pose a risk means everyone gets treated like a terrorist, to avoid offending terrorists. Both are insane and both should be questioned by the sane.

You really need to read up on vaccines if you think they last for 20 years. There is documentation that vaccines start diminishing in effectiveness in as little as two years and that you may have no protection whatsoever after 7-14 years.

RE Gardisil there are over 100 types of HPV. Gardisil is a false sense of security. ALthough I am sure that they are working on vaccines for all the types and it will soon be part of the vaccine schedule as well.

Bottom line, everyone should be afraid of over vaccination creep. It is unfolding right in front of us. We are currently the most vaccinated country on the planet. We are also the most chronically ill and disabled. Newborns get 72 shots by the time they are 18. Right now they get 7 shots at 2 mos of age and 8 more at 4 mos. The average person in their 40’s and 50’s had 7 shots spaced out, much later in life. The CDC’s own guidelines used to be no more than 4 shots at once. They doubled it in 2013 to 8.

  • Most Vaccines Should be Voluntary

    02/03/2015 10:03:45 AM PST · 144 of 228
    1malumprohibitum to Boogieman

Actually, you kind of proved my point. “At risk sooner or later” is in reality at least a decade away, maybe a decade and a half. By the time a Hep B vaccinated newborn would need such a vaccination, they would probably need to be re vaccinated. With the exception of babies born to prostitutes or IV drug using mothers, there is no reason to give newborns HEP B shots. If Hep B truly were a critical health issue, it would be far better to mandate Hep B vaccinations somewhere around 12-15 yrs of age. Then it would be at its greatest effectiveness when the chances of needing it were actually possible/likely.

So, a national policy/vaccine guideline that ALL new borns should get them IS just like treating everyone as a potential terrorist just to stop islamic terrorists. It is a horrible overreach, based in political correctness for a very small % return. I do not know about you but I think it is insane to pretend that little old white ladies and babies are just as likely to be suicide bombers as muslims. It is also poses an unreasonable risk of harm to the larger group of people affected by such “non scientific” theory.

The hospitals have all the blood work of the mothers and know/should know which babies are at risk and which are not. Blanket Hep B vaccinations for all new borns in order to get the small # of children for whom it is indicated is madness. It is exactly like treating all americans as potential terrorists in order to stop islamic terrorists. When the vaccine “recommendations” are that stupid, you are insane not to question it.

The #’s of people opting out of or delaying vaccinations in the US has been decreasing year over year. It is just the media that keeps goosing the general public making it seem like it is a growing “menace.”

In this current outbreak, and in the ones preceding it, the #’s of infected having full vaccination is identical, 20 %. So the #’s of people who are fully vaccinated and still contract the disease has gone up significantly.

Also, the #’s of those who delay or opt out of vaccines vary widely by state. With some like Oregon or Vermont being as high as 6 % with others like CA being 1-2 %. However, there has been no increase in infections in areas with drastically higher rates of non vaccination. These same #’s bear out around the world in areas with no anti vaccination trends.

The fact is measles is resurging around the world at similar rates and it is not just in areas of non vaccination. It is also not resurging in greater #’s in areas with greater rates of non vaccination.

Finally, there has been no resurgence of other vaccine preventable diseases in areas of significantly higher non vaccination. All of which proves the maxim that correlation is not causation.

A very good post. Thank you for sharing. Similar to your situation, I have two brothers and we all have children. Both of my brothers have autistic sons. I have three boys and a girl who are not. I have always believed that autism is BOTH hereditary AND triggerable. Both of my brothers followed the vaccine recommendations. I did not.

My sister in law is a nurse. She knew immediately after the MMR shot that things changed with my nephew. This is not to argue “vaccines cause autsim,” Or that “the MMR causes autism.” IMO, inherited genes makes some children more susceptible/likely to vaccine injury than others. Determining that would not undermine vaccines, but the industry is very resistant to it, as evidenced by this article and many others.

As a side note, I really wish people would stop centering the debate solely on whether or not vaccines cause or do not cause autism. As if proving that they do not somehow ends the debate regarding the insane vaccine recommendations and the injuries they cause. The truth is there are many types of serious neurological vaccine injuries that justify demanding better from the government/medical/vaccine industry.

All that being said, there is so much good fantasy out there that is dying for the “Epic” treatment of a phenomenal talent like jacksons. I would love to see Wizards First Rule, Wheel of Time, Farseer, Anything by Raymond Feist and or David Gemmell, R.A. Salvatore (Drizzt Do’Urden) and so many many more. It was all pretty interesting until they detailed the Viking raids for Slaves and casually dropped that OVER 10% of the entire population of Europe was enslaved. Furthermore, the word Slave comes from the Slavic peoples who suffered the worst under slave raids. Oprah and all the other racists need to STFU and learn something besides what racist revisionist black “Scholars” teach. The blacks didn’t suffer anything that the “whites” of europe didnt suffer and they did so in far smaller #’s.

Somebody needs to start a reparations movement for all of the europeans just to illustrate the absurdity of the blacks claims for reparations.

    1. Springfield XDs in 9mm or .45 (9 would be first choice for you due to your stated info) Both guns are identical in size and weight.

    2. Smith & Wesson M&P Shield .9 or .40 or .45 (Same thing 9mm first choice

Both guns are excellent for concealed carry. Very slim and light weight. Both are sufficient size to make range work manageable if not pleasurable.

“She said nothing, however, about affording Trayvon, who probably had a similar fear of death or of great bodily harm at the hands of Zimmerman, the benefit of this law—even if he was not old enough to carry a gun.”

Stupid should hurt. This has to be the dumbest thing I have read amidst a lot of stupid on this issue. Obviously Ms. Braun ( I know it is a he) doesn’t even understand how SYG works. There is no evidence whatsoever that Zimmerman threatened Martin and a unanimous jury trials worth of evidence that Martin was the one who initiated fear of imminent bodily harm. SYG would never be available to Martin under the FACTS of the case. But why let that get in the way of an emotional appeal to avoid using the facts and the law.

WINNER! SYG is TORT REFORM. The reason “THEY” want it overturned is so that families of thugs hit the lottery every time their “Angel” gets stopped cold.

NO SYG = distributive justice, where a dead thugs family ( & their attorneys) can be “compensated” outrageously for “good shoots.” Of course racist black firms (like crumps) want SYG repealed. There are tons of thugs getting killed every day and they can make a fortune off it. Kind of like abortion mills in the ghettos. Blacks cheer both on, go figure.

Actually, it is real. The thread is satire but the only thing satirical is the “ we want to be the first to tell them it’s wrong.” In real life, they are sending out letters to put some on notice.

Exactly. Logically, if guns accounting for half of all homicides requires a complete ban, then blacks accounting for half of all homicides requires the same right?
