Simple way to fund the government. 1% Wall Street sales tax on all transactions over and above a $5 million exemption. Abolish the income tax. This would generate trillions in revenue, reduce the poisonous high frequency trading, and make the true systemic controller’s finance the general welfare of the citizens of this republic. Until you begin to dismantle the global, privately-held central banking system that enslaves us all at different levels (private, local, national, and supra-national) of chattel debt slavery, all else is cheap talk and wishful thing. Neo-feudalism is slamming down an iron curtain on the globe.

This interview systematically destroys the American Spectator points. I found it quite compelling. One of the more striking points is that Chris Kyle was actively working to train domestic troops via his firm, Craft International http://www.thecraft.com/ , troops that will be used by the government (regardless of whether the POTUS is Obama or a Republican), to enforce the very type of state power that so many on here despise.

Video: James Yeager has Gun Permit Suspended After Threatening to Kill People

    http://www.opposingviews.com/i/society/guns/video-james-yeager-has-gun-permit-suspended-after-threatening-kill-people

Can you say psy-op/agent provocateur? Hal Turner-lite, perhaps.

    here is Yeager’s bio:

    http://www.tacticalresponse.com/d/node/160

    James Yeager

James Yeager is currently the CEO of Tactical Response which provides tactical training worldwide as well as being CEO of Tactical Response Gear an industry leader in products and service to the tactical community.

From July 2004 until May 2005 James Yeager was on Protective Security Details in Baghdad Iraq. His Team was responsible for the protection of the 8 Iraqi Election Commissioners during the violent pre-election, election, and post election. His Team was also in charge of the physical security of their offices at the Interim Iraqi Government Building and we worked closely with the Gurkhan guard force there. Yeager’s duties as I.C. (on-site supervisor) included acting as a media liaison, coordinating the security force for the building (Contractors and Iraqi), coordinating with the security force for the compound (Global Risk and US Army), and coordinating with the two U.S. Army Force Protection groups for the area (82nd ABN). He also assisted with the planning, advances, coordination, and execution of the many meetings, plane rides, helicopter shuttles, conferences, and trips around turbulent Iraq that the 8 commissions took to set up and complete the electoral process.

May 1996 through September 1998 he worked as a Patrolman and K-9 handler for the Big Sandy Police Department. In the fall of 1998 he was asked to be the Chief of Police. It was during this time he trained and led the County’s first Tactical Team. He held the position of Chief until a new Mayor fired him in May of 2000. He was hired as a Deputy at the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in May of 2000. His duties at BCSO included patrol, Tactical Team leader, and trainer for the Multi-Agency Crisis Response Team. September of 2002 after a new Sheriff came into office Yeager decided the political strife of full-time Law Enforcement was too much for him and he went into private training full-time until July of 2004 when he turned his company over to his Board of Directors to go to Iraq.

January 1992 through May 1996 James Yeager worked with various Drug Task Force units as well as many local Departments’ Narcotics squads buying and selling illegal narcotics in an undercover capacity. He specialized in deep cover operations, used fictitious names, and moved frequently. The agencies he worked for included, but were not limited to, the 24th Drug Task Force, 23rd D.T.F., 27th D.T.F., Paris Police Department, the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, and the DEA. He made hundreds narcotics buys and sales during this period and still continues to work in short duration operations as needed.

Senate Unanimously Passes 2013 NDAA; Power to Arrest Americans Remains

Just after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, the Senate did it again. By a vote of 98-0 (two senators abstained) lawmakers in the upper chamber approved the Fiscal Year 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Not a single senator objected to the passage once again of a law that purports to permit the president, supported by nothing more substantial than his own belief that the suspect poses a threat to national security, to deploy the U.S. military to arrest an American living in America.

Tuesday, January 8, 2013 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM ET

On Tuesday, January 8, we will hold the inaugural session of Firing Line 2.0, featuring FPRI Senior Fellow James Kurth. The subject of discussion will be Prof. Kurth's recent FPRI E-Note on The Crisis of Conservatism, an examination of the November 2012 election results deeply rooted in an analysis of American conservatism, the likes of which you have never seen before.

The ultimate ‘parasite tax’ that is needed is a Tobin tax. But that is just a start.

Re-institute the Glass-Steagall firewall to separate banks, brokerages, and insurance. Ban credit default swaps and adjustable rate mortgages.

To generate revenue and discourage speculation, levy a 1% Tobin tax with a $1 million per annum exception (securities transfer tax or trading tax) on all financial transactions including derivatives (futures, options, indices, and over the counter derivatives), stocks, bonds, foreign exchange, and commodities, especially program trading, high-frequency trading, and flash trading.

Set up a 15% reserve requirement for all OTC derivatives. Use Tobin tax revenue and a revived corporate income tax to provide immediate tax relief to individuals, families, the self-employed, and small business by increasing personal exemptions and standard deductions.

Set a 10% maximum rate of interest on credit cards and payday loans. Re-regulate commodities markets with 100% margin requirements, position limits, and anti-speculation protections for hedgers and end users to prevent oil and gasoline price spikes. Enforce anti-trust laws against monopolies and cartels. Restore individual chapter 11.

End all bailouts of banks and financial institutions. Claw back the TARP and other public money given or lent to financiers. Abolish the notion of too big to fail; JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Wells Fargo and other Wall Street zombie banks are insolvent and must be seized by the FDIC for chapter 7 liquidation, with derivatives eliminated by triage.

Seize the Federal Reserve and bring it under the US Treasury as the National Bank of the United States, no longer the preserve of unelected and unaccountable cliques of incompetent and predatory bankers.

The size of the money supply, interest rates, and approved types of lending must be determined by public laws passed and debated openly, passed by the congress and signed by the president.

Stop US government borrowing from zombie banks and foreigners — let the US government function as its own bank. Reverse current policy by instituting 0% federal lending with preferential treatment for tangible physical production and manufacturing of goods and commodities, to include industry, agriculture, construction, mining, energy production, transportation, infrastructure building, public works, and scientific research, but not financial services and speculation.

Issue successive tranches of $1 trillion as needed to create 30 million union-wage productive jobs and attain full employment for the first time since 1945, reversing the secular decline in the US standard of living. Provide 0% credit to reconvert idle auto and other plants and re-hire unemployed workers to build modern rail, mass transit, farm tractors, and aerospace equipment, including for export.

Extend 0% federal credit for production to small businesses like auto and electronics repair shops, dry cleaners, restaurants, tailors, family farms, taxis, and trucking. Maintain commercial credit for retail stores. Create an unlimited rediscount guarantee by the National Bank for public works projects to provide cash to local banks for bills of exchange pertaining to infrastructure and public works.

Revive the US Export-Import Bank. Repatriate the foreign dollar overhang by encouraging China, Japan, and other dollar holders to place orders for US-made capital goods and modern hospitals.

No, this issue is covered in the interview. Here in Sweden (just like Korea, Finland, Norway, Germany etc), even in very remote areas the internet speeds are vastly superior to even central major US cities. The major telecoms simply have not built out the infrastructure they said they would. Another telling sign is that so many in the US still have to use dial-up modems. This is unheard of here, even with a much smaller scale of economy and even given vast distances of remoteness, especially in Norrbotten.

In addition, as is covered in the mp3, the prices charged for broadband holistic telecom packages are extremely high in the US compared to much, if not all of the industrailized world. I pay roughly 60 US dollars a month for 250mbps speed internet and hundreds of premium cable channels from all over the globe. In the US, this would be hundreds of, if not over a thousand dollars US per month. 250mbps net speeds are pretty much unavalable there unless you go to a fractional T-1, for well over a grand per month. Also, the mobile net speeds are years behind most of the EU and Asia.

The state of the critical national infrastructure overall in America is appalling, be it trains, roads, telecom, power grid, water grid, etc. It will take tens of trillions of dollars to rebuild, and I cannot see this happening with the current sovereign debt system, headed by the private Federal Reserve. The ‘peace dividend’ was long ago mortgaged for the sake of the systemic controllers. This is composed of an alliance of privately controlled global central banks, the multinational private media-military-pharma-agra-prison-industrial-banking complex, a fascist government for population control/enforcement, and multivariate empiric war projections to prop up the petrodollar matrix that funds much of this wealth/resouce/power consolidation.

Thank you for posting this. I have been trying to warn so many not to fall for the ‘140%, 150% turnout! OMG! disinfo’.

This misreading of basic ballot counting procedures shows the truly sloppy nature of research that really hurts the credibilty of so many knee-jerk internet pundits.

I also think that there was massive vote fraud across the nation, but it certainly was not this clearly obvious type (ie ‘thousands more voted that even live in a district!’) that is the product of anger and frustration combined with a yearning for easily-found evidence from an ‘official gubmint’ source.

These bogus stories are truly killing the credibilty of those reporting true fraud, and it is a psy-op, designed to do exactly this.

'Cards cast' does not mean that there was that many voters. The ballots were so long on many cases that they had to turn in multiple parts. Many people did not even finish the down ballot votes, they simply turned in the POTUS part (and whatever happened to be on the same 'card' as POTUS.

The 141% turnout, etc stories are all based on false premises. Does this mean there was not fraud? NO, of course not, but these over 100% turnout stories are bogus.

The danger to pushing this line is obvious, as it will make people hyping it look like fools, and thus discredit legit reports of fraud, as well as the fundamental principles that these people beieve in.

You are correct. The so-called left and the so-called right have been pushed into a narrow band of corporate fascism. I am dismayed to see so many fall back into labeling it socialism. It is corporate crony fascism, where a few wedge issues are tossed to masses to fight to the death over, whilst the systemic controllers sit back and loot the nation.

If the Republicans are to have any chance of not fading into the dustbin of history, due to demographics and also the Democratic co-opting them as the party of big-business (Obama care is, at it's core, CORPORATE socialism, a huge power grab for the huge insurance and bio-pharm companies), they are going to have to attack the bankster’s death grip on the American system.

It is NOT conservative to allow a build-up of the prison-industrial complex, it is NOT conservative to allow the wholeale destruction of constitutional civil rights via such horrid laws as the NDAA and the Patriot Act. It is NOT conservative to buy into the boom-bust economic cycle, it is NOT conservative to allow the Federal Reserve to dictate fiscal policy and dollar destruction.

It is NOT conservative to think that house prices are only headed in the right direction if they are increasing at double-digit annual rates. When this occurs, the average person CANNOT ever hope to own property, as they will have to become life-long debt slaves simply to pay off the mortgage, something that people as recently as the 1970’s and before would have NEVER done.

It is NOT conservative to spend at least $1.2 trillion per year on the military industrial complex, the vast majority which is used to fight empiric wars of force projection that benefit only the huge banks and multi-nationals.

Finally, it is not conservative to simply attack the huge percentage of people of people who are simply the product of almost 5 decades of corporate/public alliances (championed, at the end of the day by BOTH parties through false paradigmical dialectics) that have degraded the critical infrastructures such as education, health care, transportation, communications, etc.

Simpling funneling up a greater and great percentage of wealth to a smaller and smaller group of people, whilst erecting a police/surveillance state (based on false paradigms of fear) to guarantee that the looters’ agenda is maintained is NOT conservative.

Attack the systemic controlling banks, decentralize corporate power, tear down the for-profit apparatus of the bio-pharma/health care complex (allowing the US government to negotiate volume-based discounts with big-pharma is a huge start and is also FREE MARKET, something that I assume conservatives still should believe in) The US health care system is in shambles after decades of corporate, for profit control. It is, for the average american, not even remotely close to adequate. The top 20 systems in the entire world are all single-payer, and all spend a fraction of what the US does on a per person basis. France (number one in the world) spends HALF per capita the US does. Japan number 3) spends ONE THIRD. To maintain the current oligarchic, public/private, (the worst of BOTH sides dominates now) corporate-run system is NOT fiscally conservative, it is madness. In short, conservatives need to start acting like the champions of small business, stop participating in the sham that is the fear-and-loathing complex that is bankrupting the nation through the false paradigms of empiric force projection couple with the security/surveillance state (an alliance that breeds DEPENDANCE on the government at a base, primal psychological level for coddling, smothering protection, thus guaranteeing dependence on an ever larger state as well). And, most importantly take back the power of the pourse from the privately-controlled Federal Reserve by nationalizing it. The Fed is the bi-partisan supported banskter boot-heel on the throats of 99% of the populace. They have, since 1913, devalued the US dollar by over 98%, in terms of contant purchasing power. You will never instill conservative values of individual reponsibilty and increased self-reliance in anyone who is a debt peonage slave.

Google White Horse Prophecy, John Stuart Mill (whilst working for the British East India Company) praising Joseph Smith as the ideal fascist leader, Mountain Meadows Massacre, Blood Oath of Vengeance, President Buchanan using the word ‘terrorism’ in public referring to the Mormon Deseret stronghold, the mass migration of the Mormon leadership, (including Romney’s family) fleeing to Mexico and renouncing their citizenship over polygamy, etc etc. Bad news all of it.

Here is true wild card possibilty

Lets say that Romney loses Virginia (a flip from my prediction), Nevada BUT wins Colorado, North Carolina, Iowa (a flip from my prediction), Florida (looking worse than I thought), and Ohio (chaos due to 200,000 provisional ballots)

This leaves him at 268 to Obama’s 270, BUT Romney is barely ahead in the 2nd congressional district in Maine, which, if he wins, would give him ONE extra EV, thus 269-269 tie, with the House electing him POTUS, and the Senate voting Biden VP, split White House for the first time since 1804.

Super, super long shot, but that will tear the nation to shreds if this nightmare scenario does occur. Combine Ohio and Florida super close (and probably VA), plus the split EV in Maine, plus Obama winning the popular vote, plus the racial elements. Civil War II Lite.

    Fox already has the long-knives coming out for a Romney loss, BUT so far my prediction is right on track;

Mitt Romney, with 275 electoral votes to Obama’s 263 (Ohio will decide this election)

Romney wins Ohio, Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida

Obama wins Nevada, New Hampshire, Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania

The max possible electoral votes for Obama would be 294 votes (he flips Virginia (doubtful) and Ohio (still likely) to Romney’s 244.

If Obama can just flip Ohio, (and keeps Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin), he can lose Colorado, Iowa, New Hampshire, Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida AND STILL WIN the election. This is his most likely shot.

On the other hand, IF Romney wins Pennsylvania, he then will proceed to a rout (Pennsylvania for Romney would confirm a trend election, and all the major polls except for Gallup and Rasmussen were way way over-weighting their Democrat sampling) of winning every state listed above, except for Nevada and perhaps New Hampshire.

The landslide max for Romney would be (with New Hampshire going Romney) 315 votes to Obama with only 223.

I also predict the Republicans easily keeping the US House of Representatives, and the Democrats retaining control of the US Senate, with 53 seats, after the 2 independents (King-Rhode Island, and Sanders-Vermont) caucus with them.

“If Romney does win; we have to do what we can to hold him accountable.”

And that worked so well for the Democrats with Obama and his bankster puppet-masters. </sarc off>

Expanded wars, massive give-aways to the above-mentioned banks, steady erosion of civil rights, the horrific NDAA, NO significant Wall Street fraud prosecutions, expanding police state, crony fascistic capitalism. It's neo-feudalism, and these issues are truly non-partisan in their impact. The rest is kabuki theatre. I truly fear the same will come from Romney. Time will tell.
