While I have not been in America for almost ten years, I do watch American TV via my G-sat. My most popular channel is the History Channel. What shocks and amazes me is that most all of the women on all of the programs are slathered with Tattoos. Is this a new phenomena in America? Have women degraded themselves to such an extent? Some may think it cool. I think it is disgusting.

As I view the discourse in America today, I see two incongruities. We have an obviously Marxist president, and at the same time an overwhelming push to placate Muslims, as they push for the Islamitization of America and the world. We hear that Obama is a Muslim, but I tend to think he is an atheist, and it is obvious that he is a Marxist. I see America in a fight from two fronts, Marxism and Islam. Why is the Marxist media so enthralled with the Muslims, and how does this play out in the end?

Reading the market opening figures this morning showed a spike up, due to the merger of Plough and Merck. Of course it means nothing, but since I was born and raised in Memphis, it made me think of the past greats and what made America great. I do not understand why we let Iraqi TV stay on the air. Should we not take them out and overlay, on the same channel, "Free Iraq" TV? I am sure we have the ability to do this from high flying aircraft. It makes no sense that we allow them to make the citizens think all is well. We need to let them know that they may not even have a Sadam now. We could do the same for their radio stations.

Does anyone know what navaids were available for the MN airport? NTSB guy and airline pilot were just on FOX, but no mention of the IFR aids for the airport. I have not heard mention that the pilot could have gone below minimums, and just flew into the ground.
