Over the course of 2015, I watched my country evolve into something that I could not recognize. I watched a decent President side with a movement that promoted racism and inequality in the form of Black Lives Matter. I watched as a decent President along with other decent Republicans started a war in Syria, set the conditions for the rise of the most powerful Muslim terror state in modern times which has set about crucifying children, and then that same decent President lectured my nation for not wanting to allow the entrance of Muslim refugees who we feared would attack...

After the election of Barack Obama in 2008, Rush Limbaugh took to the airwaves in January 2009 to announce his hope for the failure of Barack Obama's policies. He was very quick to make sure people understood he was not against Obama due to the color of his skin, but solely due to his policies. In the same vein, I would like to announce a similar sentiment. I agree with Rush that Obama's polices should fail, and I hope they do. I also hope that the policies and philosophies of Mitt Romney fail as well.

In case you missed the lead story yesterday, likely because you were following the Weiner Saga, Mitt Romney is running for President. Though he had a hard time defeating Huckabee last timeand whom he seems to have an ongoing feud with, Romney seems to be thinking that all the major issues that plauged his last candidacy have evaporated and the only real issue the Conservative Republican base has with him is RomneyCare. From backing the DREAM Act to supporting President Obama's crippling START Treaty with Russia, Dick Lugar has had a checkered past with Conservative thought and policy. Maybe if he had spent less time golfing with the President he would have had the time to look through these disastrous bills. There is now hope.
