The only thing more certain than death is that if a liberal accuses a conservative of doing something, you can be sure the liberal is doing it. Question--Is it the same bacteria that causes all three types (inhalational, cutaneous, and intestinal) or different bacteria. What I'm getting at, is, is it possible this person in New York didn't inhale the anthrax but just exposed a cut to it, but had they inhaled it, it would have been the more potent version?
