Representing the DOJ will be Ed O'Callaghan, who Q misspelled as "O'Callahan".
Knowing how Q likes to misspell with a purpose I looked up O'Callahan. Came up with a 1969 U.S. Supreme Court case regarding whether a serviceman's rape charge should be tried under the UCMJ or in a civilian court.
Decision was UCMJ only if the crime was service connected.
We have accordingly decided that since petitioner's crimes were not service connected, he could not be tried by court-martial but rather was entitled to trial by the civilian courts.
This might be important regarding military tribunals or not...
