Prayer request for my injured Mom. My 84 yr old Mom fell last night while away traveling with my youngest sister and injured (broke) her hip. After driving hours back home in the middle of the night they got to the ER around 1:30AM. The xrays show the hip is badly broken. She has been admitted to the hospital, is on pain meds and awaiting surgery. Surgery will be either today or tomorrow - not sure when yet - waiting on the surgeon. Good morning- I need some help with a laptop (dell inspiron - windows 7)- when you turn it on all it does is beep. It was running fine last night and it was shut without hibernating or anything and when it was reopened it just started beeping so the power button was hit to shut it down. Now when you hit the power button it starts to come on and then just beeps loudly. Taking the battery out and putting it back in has not made a difference. I would greatly appreciate any help! (Vanity) FReepers- I need the name of several great books on how to sue your attorney. Basically,this whole ordeal has been going on for 4 1/2 years and my attorney has just continued to negate his fudiciary responsibilty in so many ways and left me with no choice. My dealings with him are regarding the selling of some companies and some real estate holdings. I am trying to find out more about encrypting email or digitally protecting what I send and I thought that Freepers would surely know the answers. I currently have AOL and I have been told that they digitally protect the email that their users send but there is no place to read about it. Can anyone offer up some help regarding this issue? I currently do send email regarding a legal matter and I always thought that my email was safe but now I must be sure.

Freepers- need your help. Any VETERINARIANS out there? My 54lb 14 1/2 Labrador retriever has been holding her own until this last month. She has hip displasia in one hip and a bad knee on her other leg, not to mention the fact that she has a spinal degenerative disease. How do I find out if Jones New York company is in chapter 9?
