    From the article...

By looking at the usage of gasoline by us citizens, you will notice that it really does back up my point that Americans are not going anywhere to buy anything. The refineries are not delivering gas to your local service station because neither you nor your neighbor are buying gas. We are staying home because our stagnant income does not allow us to put extra gas in our cars, let alone drive around to purchase things we cannot afford. Again, please notice the last two data points on the graph above. They point to a historic low amount of gas being used by Americans, which has a direct effect on the overall retail sales. Which in turn will affect the employment of Americans. So unless Americans begin buying more gas to go to the store, be prepared for the administration to offer up more bogus unemployment numbers...

Potential Hatch Act violations. Blatantly illegal, but typical of immoral, corrupt Democrats and their toadies.

If it is illegal for Obama to coordinate with or help his SuperPACs, it has GOT to be illegal for his direct reporting employees to do the same.

This is so blatently obvious, it makes one wonder HOW MANY lower-level executive branch employees of Obama are helping the SuperPAC's as well? That should be illegal too!

He also noted that Malihi based his opinion of an Indiana Court of Appeals ruling from 2009, when, in fact, the U.S. Supreme Court also has spoken on the issue.

Last I heard, Georgia was not under the jurisdiction of Indiana. But it is under the jurisdiction of SCOTUS, so SCOTUS opinion should rule over Indiana opinion.
While Malihi said he believed Obama was born in the U.S. and that...

One of the three cases challenged that he was born in Hawaii. How can the judge 'believe' he was born there, or anywhere else in the U.S., without a singe SHRED courtroom evidence to that effect? Does this twit get his evidence from Twitter?

Are these lawyers now going to have to appeal BOTH Malihi AND Kemp? It seems like if they don't appeal Kemp, they won't have standing to appeal Malihi.

And don’t forget, liberals refer to the “Abortion pill” as “birth control”

I just heard a ‘conservative’ moron radio host reading from a press release, that
a university now stocks birth control pills in a vending machine.
But he did not make the connection that the ‘plan b’ pills in those vending
    machine were Abortifactants.

If ‘plan b’ abortions can be called birth control, Catholics - get ready to be forced to fund that under ObamaCare.

Santorum is not a great choice against 0. This seems to support the idea of a brokered convention.

Agreed, sigh... oh well, at least a brokered convention is better than a guaranteed Romney win.

and any night that is bad for Romney is good for conservatives.

I just wish Santorum had a time machine and could go back...
-and reverse his constant support for the worst RINO ever: Arlan Specter
-and reverse his knife in the back to the Tea party
-and reverse his support (along with 30 of the most putrid Dems ever, including (Boxer Clinton Corzine Daschle Dayton Kennedy Kerry Leahy Murray Reid Wellstone) for forcing all states to give the vote to convicted felons,
-and reverse his support for NOT hiring more illegal alien investigators (and here)
-and reverse his siding with the Dems, and Olympia Snowe, and other RINO's so, so often!

I think that just might make Rick a CINO.

Lots of talk and platitudes, but no demonstrated history of accomplishments for Conservatives

If I really, really, had to, I could hold my nose and vote for Rick, but would rather have someone who has proven he KNOWS how to 'herd cats' in congress and has already accomplished big things for the Conservative cause.

...There is so much evidence from so many avenues that points to Canadian birth.

I seriously doubt that. If he was really born in Canada, there would be a paper trail there that could expose him. And Canada would have him by the short hairs. There is no evidence that he is beholding to them. If Canada could ruin him, that pipeline would never even have become an issue - It would have been pre-approved.

Instead, Obama was instrumental in getting his relative elected to the head of Kenya (that's a good clue right there)

He's quite certain he's bought off every official with access to Indonesian records,

    He bows to muslim dicators,

    He cowtows to socialist dicators,

Based on his actions, I'd say Obama is controlled by the most powerful and ruthless people in the world, and most likely this same group of people is the driving force that is fighting for the GOP to have no other choice in November than Mitt Romney.

I am now doubtful that Arpaio will come out with anything that is ruinous to Obama. He was offered a chance to put anything he had into official public record in this trial but he declined. This judge proved once again that nearly anyone can be silenced. Sheriff Joe is likely next.

That’s approximately one half of a glass of orange juice per day.

Thanks, I know its a highly charged subject but a half-serving of orange juice contains about 10 grams of fructose, not 20-30. The 'sugars' in OJ are about half fructose. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1971/2

With early man, fructose was mostly seasonal. We got it in larger quantities only in the fall. So THAT was perfect for 'fattening' us up for winter, which aided in human survival. Plus food engineers have managed to breed larger, sweeter varieties of those things we now purchase all year long.
    by desertfreedom765:
I also have no problem if they required the Glycemic index be posted on processed foods

Yes, that would be a good start but one drawback of that would be it often lures people into buying agave syrup and other things that are the highest in liver-damaging-fructose, because fructose has a very low glycemic index (since it goes to the liver and can only be detox'ed at a slow rate into blood glucose)
Bread, Pasta, Starch are basically reduced to sugar in the body and are just as bad. I see people eat huge amounts of the above having no idea what they are doing to their body.

Yes, all those starches are converted very quickly by saliva and stomach enzymes into glucose. Plus the starches themselves taste like cardboard so they have to add sweeteners to make them palatable.

I know I can eat 2400 calories total, with 1200 of that being carbohydrates and gain weight (even with exercise), or I can eat unlimited calories with no more than about 200 calories (50 grams) of that from carbs, and lose weight (even without exercise).
So the 'nutritionist' numbnuts that push the Ag-department food pyramid, and say it's all based on your metabolism and "calories-in versus calories-out" can go peddle their B.S. to someone else. I also have a plugged up liver from decades of sweet-tooth indulgence so I know what Dr. Lustig discovered from his practice is right.

February 2nd, 2012, 9:58 pm ... the Malihi Court would have been glade to accept any type of verification Hawaiian Health Officials care to bestow, along with candid Obama’s birth certificate into evidence. However, there are two major problems with that hypotheses: One, before the court can accept the two birth certificates into evidence, the plaintiff side must have access to the original files in order to rebut. And, Two: candidate Obama wasn’t there to enter any evidence. And even if his lawyer was there in his place; he still couldn’t enter any exhibits or witnesses into evidence because his PTO [pre-trial order] wouldn’t allow him to.

That’s how bad this guy screwed up — and the reason why candidate Obama had no choice but to run away from this hearing with his tail between his legs, dragging his lawyer with him.

Not all things labeled 'junk science' are junk. In this case, there is NO money in it for researchers or endocrinologists to OPPOSE sugar. The sugar lobby is huge and super powerful, and our chance of eliminating taxpayer subsidies for sugar are almost zero.

I understand the comments on this thread are almost 100% against this author, but he/they are basically correct. Sugar IS a mild poison because the fructose that is 50% of every 'table sugar' (sucrose) molecule is toxic in that form. It MUST be detoxified by our livers into other compounds, and human livers can only detoxify a certain amount of fructose per day (roughly 25-30 grams of fructose if you are a full grown adult in good health). Most of the world now eats two or three times that amount or more because sugar is so cheap, and thought to be harmless. Children have smaller livers and can only detoxify even smaller amounts than healthy adults.

Over time, the excess fructose damages our livers, leading to metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, and a host of other diseases. Type TWO diabetes used to be called 'adult onset diabetes', but it is now happening to younger and younger sugar addicts, even children.

Newt Gingrich took a beating after FL debates for even mentioning the possibility of someday eliminating the sugar subsidy, and that was after Newt's answer that the sugar lobby was too powerful and it would be almost impossible. [and he was right about that]

(7:05) We have an epidemic of obese 6-month olds!

So any hypothesis that attempts to explain the obesity epidemic, must be able to explain this as well.
(09:10) Now, you all know, back in 1982, the American Heart Association, the American Medical Association, and the US Department of Agriculture, admonished us to reduce our total fat consumption from 40% to 30%. Everybody remember that? ... So what happened? We did it. We've done it. 40% calories down to 30%. And look what's happened to the obesity, metabolic syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cardiovascular disease, stroke prevalance, ALL jacked way up as our total fat consumption as a percent, has gone down. It ain't the fat, people. It ain't the fat. So what it it? Well, it's the carbohydrate. Specifically, which carbohydrate? ... (20:05) ...But indeed, this is true, High Fructose Corn Syrup and Sugar are EXACTLY the same. They are both equally bad. They are both dangerous. They are both poison. OK?, I said it. Poison. My charge before the end of tonight, is to demonstrate that fructose is a poison. And I will do it. And you will tell me if I was successful. (22:48) So you can see that more and more of our caloric intake, a higher percentage, is being accounted for by sugar, every single year. So we're eating more; we're eating more sugar. And for adolescents today, they're up to almost 75 grams [of fructose] per day; 12% of total caloric intake. And 25% of adolescents consume at least 15% of their calories per day from fructose alone. This is a DISASTER. An absolute unmitigated disaster. The fat's going down, the sugar is going up, and we're all getting sick. Now let me show you why...
(31:31) ...This was a "Battle Royal" back in the 1970's. This was not a simple thing. There were people lined up on both sides of this story. So this over here, is a book, 1972 it came out. And it was called Pure White and Deadly. Its all about Sugar. Written by a British physiologist, nutritionist, endocrinologist, by the name of John Yudkin. Now I never knew John Yudkin, he has passed away. But I read this book about a year ago, and without even knowing it, I was a Yudkin acolyte. I was a Yudkin disciple. EVERY SINGLE THING that this man said in 1972 is the God's honest truth. And if you want to read a true prophecy, you find this book. Its NOT easy to find, but you go find this book, and I'm telling you, every single thing this guy said, has come to pass. It's ASTOUNDING. I am in awe of this guy.

There are other ways to sweeten things without using so much of the fructose-saturated table sugar (sucrose). For example, clear Karo syrup is 100% glucose, so it does not contain ANY of the liver damaging fructose. I don't expect these authors to succeed in regulating sugar, but if they have any hope of succeeding it should be a war on "liver-damaging-fructose", not a war on all forms of sugar.

Nice chart of the Gallup 5-day rolling averages.
But another thing to remember is that last data point on the chart represent an average of Gallup data that is

    • 5 days old (Wednesday), and
    • 4 days old (Thursday, before SC debate #2), and
    • 3 days old (Friday), and
    • 2 days old (Saturday, before the SC results were known), and
    • 1 day old (Sunday)
To realize where Gingrich and Romney were nationally SUNDAY, imagine 4 more points on EACH of those trend lines for Newt, Mitt, Rick, etc.
THAT puts Gallup's National poll numbers SUNDAY at roughly:
        Gingrich ~ 39%
        Romney ~ 26%
        Santorum ~ 9%

Also note those Gallup national 'estimates' for Sunday, coincide pretty closely with all the polling taken Sunday in Florida:

Gingrich leads Romney, IN FLORIDA on Sunday, about 40% to 30%.

...I am not surprised that Romney is 4% higher in Florida than nationally, because he spent $7 Million in Florida on advertising.

(In order to fairly compare the three Sunday Florida polls, I used correction factors on the 2012Florida Primary Poll, and the Insider Advantage Poll to get them to the same (92% decided) levels as Rasmussen. The 2012Florida Primary Poll is the least accurate of these three, because of its small sample size of 300, and it used Registered GOP instead of Likely GOP voters.)

The Insider Advantage poll was accurate in SC. It was taken taken just ONE day after the Monday debate in SC where he got his first standing ovation, so Newt was surging at that point, but he had not yet reached his full SC strength. • State of play in Florida: Challenges and opportunities for Newt

Gingrich Fans: There is evidence in the polls, that the ABC SLIME JOB - "Marianne", was launched too close to the SC primary for it to be effective there. But they WILL continue to POUND this story before Florida, hoping for it to take more effect there. And remember that EARLY VOTING has already begun in Florida...

So supporters SHOULD BE AWARE of these additional PBS 'facts' regarding the "Marianne" story...

The Romney/MSM/Elite(R) camp will also be DESPERATE to launch something ELSE that will stick and sink Newt in Florida within the next four or five days. They ONLY have nine slime-days left before the FL winner-take-all primary and that is Mitt's "MUST WIN" state.

We should have a count-down like they do for Christmas... (Remaining slime-Newt days till Florida)

    also...
Fox News ONLINE coverage of the SC results had Ed Rollins and 2 commentators who all seemed depressed because they preferred Romney.

But Ed Rollins said something interesting about Romney...

..........commentator1: Do you think that Romney could not only turn this around, but win pretty handily?
    Rollins:
I think he could. But he could also collapse.
I think we're right at a critical point here, where he's ahh...
    I mean, Here's what he's accomplished:

Having run non-stop for six years...
and this is where he got chased out four years ago...
after THIS race, he was gone.

He got EXACTLY the same votes, 30 thousand, as what he got four years ago
after spending another ten million dollars in Iowa.

........(both commentators surprised: "Oh wow! really?...")

He won his HOME state that he was EXPECTED to win LAST time,
where he had four or five houses in New Hampshire,
and McCain basically went and LIVED in New Hampshire and beat him there.

He was supposed to do well in South Carolina, and got clobbered.

..........so whats the problem for Mitt Romney?

He just doesn't connect with voters.
    I mean, he's got a great resume...

..........commentator1: do you think somebody is going to tell him that?

Well, its hard to tell a candidate.
Having been a reality-check in a lot of campaigns, its not, ah...
Its a very painful process. Its ah...
They either listen to you, or they basically throw you out of the room.

.......commentator2: And he doesn't seem to listen very well because governor Christie made it
very clear, put your taxes out there, he didn't listen to him,
you see his speech, and it looks like he has two black eyes,
he's NOT looking well, I think this was the first time he was tested,
and he didn't stand up well.

I was also QUITE surprised that Ed Rollins did NOT KNOW we have some early states, like SC and FL that are winner-take-all (in one form or another). He pooh-poohed how many delegates were invoved here and said, "No, no, no, there are NO winner take all states before April"

It shows he's not always so smart.

    Romney 27%
You’re going out on a limb... way out there...

Sure, why not, give or take a few points, I'll bet you ten thousand dollars (monopoly money)

    by Jonty30:
Santorum has committed to sticking around until Florida, but if he polls under 10% in SC, he probably won’t be a factor afterwards.

I have heard that it is extremely expensive to campaign throughout Florida, plus FL is another Winner-take-all contest. So if Santorum has any cash left, he is wiser to stash it for some future election, or if out of cash, he's out of luck.

With a little luck from the weather, and if this trend holds, Newt should win tonight.

I was able to reverse-engineer the PPP individual daily numbers from what PPP published, and these matched the ARG trend.

I didn't include the Clemson poll because they included too many undecided voters too close to the election, but I was able to normalize Clemson by a common correction factor and then their results DID fit this curve nicely as well.

Thankfully, Santorum may not be a spoiler and force this winner-take-all contest to flip to Romney!!!

And THANK YOU Sarah Palin, Governor Perry, and Jim Robinson for adding your support this week to Newt's momentum!

    Who does Beck support?

    Santorum

No doubt that the Morman (Beck) will switch his support to Romney after Santorum comes in 4th Saturday, and drops out on Monday.

I don't think any Morman would attack another Morman. And Beck is probably supporting Santorum for now, because Rick helps guarantee a Romney win

How much shame will Santorum carry if HE causes the SC winner-take-all delegates to go to Romney? Based on Rick's crummy voting record with Dems and RINOs, he probably has no shame.

How to block FR bots/trolls/hecklers that raise your blood pressure.

    1) Get Firefox or Google Chrome

    2) then go here to install GreaseMonkey (GM)

    3) then go here to download/install the GM script called "killfile"
(THAT version has been tweaked by me for better performance at Free Republic)

After that, just hit [kill] whenever you see a putrid post from a bot/troll/heckler, and never be troubled by them again.

Santorum knows this debate means whether he survives or not and he’s doing his best to knock Newt out. He’s really a little nasty thing, isn’t hea?

Santorum often has a pained smile on his face. It comes across badly, like Nixon forgetting to shave before his debate. Santorum will have to drop out on Monday. This debate did not help him. He is just a spoiler now, because SC delegates are Winner-Take-ALL.

I've been a Santorum supporter, but his answers have been terrible tonight. He should have dropped out today and thrown his support to Gingrich.

You're right, and I hope SC voters make that decision for him, or else the WINNER TAKE ALL provision will throw ALL delegates to Romney!

It's going to be a squeeker! Some of Rick.P's support will go to Newt, but the ABC slime machine tonight will try to undo that.
