  • Europe on war-footing: Britain sends tanks, drones and 800 troops to Estonia

Britain is sending tanks, drones and 800 troops to Estonia as part of the biggest military build-up on Russia's borders since the Cold War. The soldiers will be sent to the Eastern European country and will be joined by forces from Denmark and France, according to Defence Secretary Michael Fallon. It comes a day after Russia unveiled chilling pictures of its largest ever nuclear missile - Satan 2 - which is capable of obliterating the UK. The United States hopes for binding commitments from Europe to fill four battle groups of some 4,000 troops, part of NATO's response to Russia's...

Obamacare premiums are skyrocketing out of sight. A jump of a mere 30% looks like a good deal compared to jumps of over 50% in six states, and 93% in New Mexico. Congratulations are in order for those living in a handful of states whose premiums only rose 20%.

An unnamed former senior military officer has apparently claimed all evidence shows Russian submarines will enter the US via the small village of Wasilla, in Alaska. According to the ex-Navy brass, the stretch of coastline is totally unprotected and would be ideal to stage an attack from. He said: “Our feeling in the Navy was that Obama had turned Alaska into a defenseless area that will serve as a forward base of operations when World War III begins. “We are the verge of being invaded from Alaska all the way down into Canada and eventually the Northwest.”

In AB366, the legislature disenfranchises the independent physician who operates a pain management practice and the lower income or disabled patients who may need to pay for physician services in cash through necessity. This bill, if passed, sets a precedence in Wisconsin that the government can regulate the means for individuals to pay for goods and services in private transactions. Additionally, through the certification provision, it burdens these smaller doctor’s practices with creating records that document traceable transaction records to show how patients pay for their care.

AAPS Executive Director Jane Orient, MD points out that: The provision states that uninsured patients, and ONLY uninsured patients may use credit, a credit card, a check, or a draft (but not cash). This implies two things: (1) Insured patients cannot pay for pain treatment that their insurance supposedly covers but denies in their case. (2) Uninsured patients who are hard up and don't have a checking account or credit cannot buy this type of medical care. Why should they not be allowed to use currency that is legal tender (and does not involve paying fees to a bank)? And...

We all know that the Fed is a privately held central bank and not owned by U.S. Does the U.S. Gov have accounts there and why? It seems that money should be sent to US treasury. The Boston Tea Party (initially referred to by John Adams as "the Destruction of the Tea in Boston"[2]) was a nonviolent political protest by the Sons of Liberty in Boston, on December 16, 1773. Disguised as American Indians, the demonstrators destroyed the entire supply of tea sent by the East India Company in defiance of the American boycott of tea carrying a tax the Americans had not authorized. They boarded the ships and threw the chests of tea into Boston Harbor, ruining the tea. The British government responded harshly and the episode escalated into the American Revolution.

How does that geo-location work? Devices in the network's coverage area are "heard" by more than one radio in those APs (the off-white boxes). Once the network hears a device from multiple APs, it can compare the strength and timing of the signal to locate where the device is.
