Good book, but as soon as most conservatives figured out that his and his cronies’ theoretical magazine-style conservatism was loser conservatism (and more specifically never going to win in the electoral college), he became completely irrelevant.

He’s right about the quality of play, the product is crap. Seriously, every other play is some west coast offense throw it 2 yards wide and let the receiver do the rest. The protests are a factor, but not everything.

The games are unbelievably boring, too long, too many penalties, too many rules, too many rule changes, too expensive to attend, a ripoff all around.

NR and other establishment think-tank types like Brent Bozell, Cal Thomas, and Thomas Sowell have long been strong defenders of the conservative cause from an theoretical perspective, but were completely blind to the fact that their influence would never actually help Republicans become President and that some alterations to the formula were needed. It wasn’t going to be Jeb! and it wasn’t going to be Ted Cruz that flipped WI, MI, and PA. the only man in the field who could do so, did so.

No, I like it sometimes, and the acting is good. It’s just milking out things we already know. The Chuck/.Jimmy feud is getting a little tiresome at this point.

The constant thirsting for endless Star Wars, Star Trek, Spiderman, Superman, Batman, etc. product rehashing the same tired story lines over and over again is perplexing to me (looks Harry Potter is following the same trend, as if 8 movies weren’t enough).

I’m 2 seasons into the Breaking Bad prequel and have had enough. I will admit the Bates Motel remake was awesome, 50 years later, although it followed the same basic storyline.

Read Phil Mushnick’s column in the NY Post to see how wrong Francesa is and how often. Phil’s column is pretty much an endless rehash of his oft-stated complaints about ESPN, Francesa, the NFL, etc, but to read about Francesa’s often wrong proclamations are hilarious.

What he and the Dog do know how to do is run a radio show. Truly professional broadcasters in a genre where most of the on-air talent are a bunch of childish hacks.

MLK Blvd in Charlotte is a short strip of road, less than one mile through the downtown area, mostly office buildings, the convention center, even the NASCAR hall of fame. It was renamed from 2nd street about 10 years ago.

That being said, the skells, professional bums, and other assorted shady characters who frequent the downtown area don’t exactly make it a wonderful place to be, especially at this time of night.

Yes, that was the jump the shark moment for me, Rush's drumming out from NFL Countdown and the Schumer-like tearful outrage from Chris Berman and Tom Jackson.

They seem to be tripling down on their hard-left movement, with "The Undefeated" the FUBU of Sports Journalism, constant articles about "LeBron on Don" (he's still a little sore I'm sure about losing Ohio by 8(!) points) and other items.

I purposely bought the Sling package without ESPN, and haven't missed it one bit.

The Mighty B! was a short-lived off-beat “kids” cartoon on Nick, with some really funny moments, poking fun of at life in San Fran.

Parks and Rec was OK until you get sick of the “mockumentary”-style format.

Bad 6th grade style impersonations like those on SNL don’t really do it for me.

But she’s probably full-on unstable with The Donald in charge, so I wouldn’t count on anything good.
