“A secret sworn affidavit held by “North American Law Center” is not a transcript. It’s birther innuendo and rumor repeated ad nauseam with no facts.”

I agree completely. The idea that you will release “documents” in 2 weeks is a little silly. The only thing that might mean is they don’t have them yet or they may be coming from Canada etc. The idea that this interview was not recorded audio or video is simply ridiculous.

Look at all the crap we got on Obama!! There is enormous amount of evidence, yet we never got passed the media. So unless they know Obama personally, who hates Cruz, that may not even work. I am very disappointed in this threat from this law center....

    Hi libertylover, I always felt like this;

if Obama lost, the supreme court would take the case.

If a pee-on lost the case the supreme court ignores it.

Tomorrow will be interesting as the judge has acknowledged this is different than Obama’s case. One thing is for sure. Judges are running out of reasons to dismiss the cases.

I have to disagree with you there. The ballot challenge process does not require the plaintiff to be another candidate to have standing. A voter in that state has standing. This is an administrative hearing.

This sounds very interesting. The ruling will be tomorrow. I hope the Judge will at least write a coherent opinion. How they get apples out of a bowl of oranges I will never know. One thing is for sure, this issue must be put to bed. I mean how stupid is it to continue to run people who may not even be eligible for office. This can only happen in America I guess. We need a ruling from the Supreme Court, the only problem is we do not have Scalia anymore. So sorry to see him go.

For the last few days various outlets have been bringing up the eligibility issue of the presidency. And all of them have been so dishonest. Some have stated that it needs to be litigated, some have stated that citizenship and natural born citizen is the same thing, some have stated that only one parent is required when born abroad, still another purported that our first 7 presidents weren't born here so its ok, totally ignoring the grandfather clause, Glenn Beck.

It kinda po's me when people say it should be litigated when anyone with an ounce of integrity should know that it was tried a gadzillion times.

First they lacked standing, then it was the wrong jurisdiction, then it was the wrong defendants, Then the case wasn't ripe, then the candidate became president and so it was moot, the courts said it was a political question, and the congress said it was a question for the courts, as a finishing touch the congressional research dept. came up with i think 3 different lying butt papers on the issue to help congressman explain it to their constituents.

when all else failed the people begged their congressman to not certify the election. that didn't work either. Moral of the story, the people have no recourse what so ever when the elite decide to allow a person ineligible to run for president.

So here is the obvious thing I need to state so that you know what this thing is leading to so there is no misunderstanding:

A person born in this country to 2 non-citizens (like Chinese for example) who grows up in a communist country to the age of 21, then comes to the United States and spends the next 14 years here will be eligible to be president at the age of 35. This will be the ultimate ineligible candidate. And there won't be a thing your grandkids will be able to do about it. Now if someone wants to argue that this is a natural born citizen, you get what you deserve.

Little by little they have been warping the definition of NBC to meet their desires. And yes, a definition absolutely can be inferred by contemporaneous documents. Intellectual dishonesty is the worst kind, if thats possible.

Cruz is half right. The states are not responsible to educate illegal aliens. The opinion clearly stated that it could and should be revisited in the future. The ruling was not forever. The ruling sided with what was in the public’s best interest at the time. It did not provide for endless uncontrolled illegal immigration. Back in 1982 Texas was spending I think 65 million. Now it’s over 9 billion. the court held that it wasnt enough money to be concerned with yet... It can be challenged and should be. In fact the kids did not do well and their father could care less when he was interviewed 25 years later. but what school district will fight it now? its just like birth certificates, why are states giving out citizenship? they dont have to. ps the school district wanted some money for the kids. they didnt shut them out. we are screwed. we are not even allowed to make sure only our citizens are allowed to vote. simply because some folks have a different color skin. how stupid is that. hispanics in particular dont even know they are caucasion.

So glad you cleared that up. A legal path to citizenship for illegal aliens is not amnesty. This is great, a whole new interpretation of how to legalize illegals without having them wait at home in line. OK what’s your definition of amnesty then?

  • Exclusive — Gov. Scott Walker: I Don't Support Amnesty

    03/01/2015 11:49:18 AM PST · 21 of 37
    jdirt to Rockitz

    Mr. Walker,
The root of the problem is that there is a group of uneducated people who want to make money and get free stuff that live within walking distance to an unsecured border. They have been trained by our government and all kinds of people here who need help around the house, that our laws don’t mean anything, that there are no consequences to breaking our laws or lying, that you will be excused of all laws broken while they are here (including not showing up for court) and that you can even admit to voting illegally on TV and nothing happens to you. They have been taught that because their skin is a little darker (even though they are Caucasians) no one in the United States who pays taxes has standing to have them removed. They keep coming because their relatives and friends have told them its a free ride, come and get it. The root of the problem is when they do go to immigration court, they are allowed to stay. When they are “deported”, they are only asked to leave. No one actually takes them physically to the border.

    Mr. Bannon,
Please follow up on your questions. First ask do you support amnesty. Then ask what is their definition of amnesty. Mr. Walker is for amnesty and I hope that breitbart doesn’t lose its soul because they got to speak with an important person. He’s for amnesty. We have a system for legal immigration its just that uneducated people could care less about it. It takes along time to emigrate here because we have quotas. We were promised that no one country or culture would ever take over America and cause us to lose our identity. And hopefully it takes along time to emigrate here because our government is doing their best to check out that person. The vast majority of countries do not have a national database of criminals or its citizens period. When our government does a criminal background check, they are checking our database not theirs. A lot of countries do not issue birth certificates to their citizens. The people from south of the border can tell us they are anybody and there is no real way to check it. Children of US veterans of the VietNam war had to prove their parentage even though they had round eyes. Now that we have DNA, do you think parentage of relatives will be required? Do you think we check to see if they are on welfare (illegally)? Do you know 2/3 of the documents presented from illegal aliens in 1986 were fraudulent?

Tie Visa expiration dates to drivers licenses expiration dates, Hello. Illegal aliens break about 9 laws a day, everyday they are here. The root of the problem is people from third world countries could care less about their laws or our laws or trying to find out where to apply for a US Visa.

If Scot Walker was falsely quoted, he would have corrected it along time ago. He has had plenty of opportunities since 2013. Its election time, don’t be fooled or lied to again on this subject.

One of the things that is so revolting is the shameless ease in which these politicians lie. Examining Rubio is so telling. He blocked anti-illegal immigration legislation in the florida house. And the two videos of him saying that he would never support amnesty, defining it the way we do, is just disgusting, right before his election.

So now he’s cool boy? I don’t think so. Other telling lies exposes him for what he is, a born liar.

He was provided information from his father’s certified naturalization papers showing that his father came 3 years before Castro came to power. His father did not escape Castro but left the healthy economy of Batista. He was asked to take down his false statement off his website. He didn’t. Then when he was caught 30 days later and it broke nationwide, he lied again and said he didn’t know his father came 3 years earlier than the Castro takeover.

He also misleads people in almost every speech telling people he remembers hearing the keys jingle in the door when his 70 year old father came home from work at 10pm. WELL HE SHOULD HE WAS 26 YEARS OLD WHEN HIS FATHER WAS 70.

He was asked to stop misleading people about that, his father’s dream for his children and his children. But he repeats it all the time and everyone swoons. Its sickening. And it is shameful that one needs to lie about the littlest thing just to make yourself look good and garner sympathy. He is pathetic. Don’t be surprised, he will lie right to your face. Anyone who sees those 2 videos will recoil in utter disgust.

Here’s one, can’t find the other one at the moment.

Then the Senate Gang of Eight unveiled S.744 at a press conference April 18th, they made repeated promises that illegal aliens applying for amnesty would have to undergo a criminal background check. While that may be true, a background check is only meaningful if aliens who committed serious crimes are actually barred from receiving amnesty and being placed on that pathway to citizenship. The specific text of the S.744, combined with its numerous waiver provisions, demonstrate that criminal illegal aliens will indeed be eligible for amnesty under the Gang of Eight plan.

I don’t think Rubio was that Tea Party. The Tea Party had a hard time getting him to a Tea Party to vet him and he has refused to join the Tea Party caucus in the Senate. The problem with the Tea Party is that since the vast majority do not endorse, either the media or the candidate declares who the Tea Party candidate is. If the Tea Parties were smart, they would decide who the most Tea Party candidate is, and denounce the media with an official letter for making such claims, maybe a lawsuit might work and put a huge banner on their website denouncing candidate X as the Tea Party candidate.

“none of the other GOP leaders in the FL House or Senate took action on them either.”

Seriously thats no answer is it right? If everyone else jumps off a bridge will you too mentality. No he was the House Speaker, he gave it out to the committees and if I had to bet, they were probably majority Democrat. That was the lamest excuse I ever heard. He did nothing on the six Bills because he was for AMNESTY
