I’ve been so busy for the past year, husband’s surgery (he’s still not working) death of his brother, death of my mom... anyway...working full time, and taking care of things around here, I use FB to keep up with you all. My husband opened the front door about 7 this morning and found a mama and baby raccoon on our door step. Mama ran but baby just sat there staring up at him. He said it was really cute. He shut the door and re-opened it to find the mama picking the baby up by the back of it’s neck and heading for the sidewalk.

I had a few minutes before taking off for work. Seems like there is always something to do around here. We are pulling up old carpet and pads upstairs, adding a sheet of plywood, then tile. Can’t wait! But oh the work it is.
