I am 82 going on 83, so I will not be here when the groceries you need are totally controlled and dispersed by the Super, Super WMart in your community. Your and your family dietary needs will be computer generated and converted into a two weeks supply of food for you and your family. You will go to the Government Grocery, ID yourself and pick up the bags/basket of what the government had determined you and yours need for the next two weeks. You may have the choice of one optional food item to add to your food allotment.

The cost of your food allotment will be deducted from your Earnings Account, into which your employer has deposited ALL of your government determined earnings from which your taxes, medical and retirement account allocations have been deducted and then from the balance of your Earnings Account will come the deductions for your groceries, your rent at the government housing. You will have a debit card to use for your transportation and clothing needs. Unless you are a member of the ELITE, that is all you will need to get by on. There will be government provided entertainment to which you will a certain number of tickets to use for attendance unless you become a forced participant in whatever the entertainment is that day.

You get the idea of what the Progressives are planning for you and all the plain, working class of humans and can probably add some of your own projections to this sad forecast.

Should ISIS be in control by then, you won’t have this to worry about because as a kafir, you will already be long gone.

In the early 1930’s, no one thought that Hitler/the Nazis would be exterminating the millions they did away with.

Time to go to bed.... good night... have a good day...

Grocery store dry dog food has as the first or second ingredient GROUND YELLOW CORN, which is a complex carbohydrate, difficult to digest, and responsible not only for the smell but the large pile of crap when your dog takes a poop. Next time you are in a Pet Smart store, look for the NUTRO dog food, read the ingredients label, then go to the SCIENCE DIET, PEDIGREE, PURINA, et al, bags and compare the ingredients listed in the INGREDIENTS label found on the back of the bag.

Not only do these foods have corn, they also have POLTURY/CHICKEN BYPRODUCTS as the protein source. BY PRODUCTS are the head, feet and guts of the poultry source - the stuff people do not eat.

Do a Google for “Pet food ingredients”.

This weekend as I watched college and pro football, I saw these RACIST things:
    1) The teams/players are predominatly black folks, just a few white guys.
    2) The rabid fans in the stands cheering for these black players are predominatly white folks, just a few blacks (probably black parents of a black player with free tickets).
    3) Some of the coaches are white, some are black. They both seem to enjoy hugging players when they score.
    4) Some of the sports announcers are white, some are black.
    5) To even the color thing out, the football itself has the color of folks from south of the border.
    6) I would not be able to see all this different color if my TV was not a RACIST object capable of showing me all these folks of different colors enjoying the game of football in the United States of America.

I hope your team won its game this weekend and is doing well in the 2014 season.

Failure to do that, or remove a tag that wasn’t yours, was a firing offense where I used to work. I wonder if their insurance covers stupidity?

This is a workers compensation claim which provides absolute liability coverage to the employer for work incurred injury even when caused by a fellow employee. The act of stupidity was not having someone posted at the switch to prevent this from happening while the machine maintence was being done. The foreman/supervisor on the job is who bears primary responsibility for this dumb ass action to occur, IMHO.

The employer is stuck with the financial cost (medical, loss of income) of the injury which will be paid by the workers compensation insurance company and in the following three years will pay an experience modification increase in wc premium for the cost of loss > medical, loss of income > probably about $300k or more.

The reason why people take cash instead of the installment payments is the UNITED STATE FEDERAL ESTATE TAX imposed upon the estate of the decedent, due and payable nine months after death in CASH. The IRS calls the payments “Income in respect of a decedent”, you own it and anything you own in included is the asset calculation that will be subject to the estate tax.. which can be as high as 50%.

The problem arises in that the estate does not have the cash on hand because it is coming in future down the road payments but the estate tax is payable NOW. Taking the winnings in cash will not eliminate the estate tax but the money is there to deal with the IRS in the ninth month when the estate has to make the estate tax payment.

Do a google on U.S Estate taxation.

At some point in the last couple of decades there was a shift in how the justice system deals with average citizens. No longer is there a presumption of innocence on the part of police or prosecutors. In the eyes of the government, we’re all guilty of something, a position that has left countless Americans imprisoned or dead for no other reason than the arresting officer or government attorney wanting to stroke their ego or increase their conviction rate.
IMHO, another reason for these “countless” arrests, especially if they can be charged and convicted as a “felon” is to take away the 2nd amendment right to own a firearm, since a convicted felon cannot legally possess a firearm.

“Therein lies the value of planning ahead. Most farms are privately owned but could be converted to corporations with the heirs in control. When the parents are gone the corporation lives on.”

The estate tax is a tax on EVERYTHING you own and/or control at the time of death, including owned life insurance policies, with the tax being due and payable in nine months from date of death of the owner of the taxable property. So, if you convert your ownership from the land to shares of stock, you will still be paying an estate tax on the value of the stock in the corporation.

Owned farm land worth $10 million, owned corporate stock worth $10 million, the tax is the same. Should the owner of the land, converted to stock, gift the stock to kids, then a GIFT tax on the value of the gift of the stock, comparable to the estate tax will be assessed by the government.

Hopefully, you are not wandering around rendering estate tax advice, since you do not know squat.

RISK - the uncertainty of loss as regards the future...

If I were a person of wealth with substantial assets subject to RISK at this point in time I would be concerned with the following government actions that would take my assets...

CONFISCATION of assets, including pension, 401, IRA accounts.

INFLATION by the actions of the Federal Reserve. This actually affects the less than rich folks due to the increase in price of food, gas, utilities, rent, that their fixed monthly income cannot keep up with.

TAXATION by the Socialist/DemoRATS to redistribute wealth/income of the 1%.

Ten years ago the only one of these three to be concerned about was INFLATION.

The combination of these three government RISK factors is what is causing assets to be repositioned outside the USA and for Americans to give up their citizenship in more asset friendly countries.

Anyone know if the tax applies to life insurance benefits?

Life insurance policies are “owned” by someone. If you are the “insured” and the “owner” of the policy, the insurance proceeds will be included in the taxable assets of the estate that are subject to the estate tax, after the deduction of the current estate tax exemption amount.

To confirm the ownership of a policy, contact the life insurance company that issued the policy and ask them to confirm the ownership of the policy. Concurrent with that, check who the “beneficary” is - if the policy is several years old, the original beneficiary may not be whom you want to receive the proceeds at this time. If you are the “owner” of the policy, you can change the “beneficiary”.

If you own the policy and want it out of the taxable estate, you will have to make a gift of the policy to another “owner”, who will then have it included in their estate. If the cash value of the policy exceeds $13,000, you will then have to contend with the “gift” tax.

    Good luck...

Something for folks to think about!

Oct 28, 1919 > Congress passed the Volstead Act that mandated US citizens could no longer manufacture/use/consume alcohol products. Main result of this was the creation of the Mafia.

Congress made it illegal for a citizen to consume adult beverages.

Dec 5, 1933 > FDR and the Cullen-Richardson act reverses the Volstead Act, doing away with prohibition

2010 - Obamacare is passed by the US Congress mandating that US citizens must buy health insurance coverage or pay a fine.

Congress makes it illegal for a citizen to be uninsured - they must buy a health insurance policy.

In 1919, Congress made it illegal to buy booze.

In 2010, Congress mandates that we must buy a policy.

So, if I am on an airplane over NY having coffee with a shot of Tia Maria added to the coffee, I am indulging in a felony action.

So, if the above is a felony that I have committed and am convicted of, then I can no longer possess or own a firearm. I think this is a reason for so many felony crime actions being legislated into state criminal law. It is a way to bypass the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights and to enact gun control in the United States.

So, if this is a felony that I am accused of, what will be the bond amount be that I will have to post in order to not spend the next six months in jail awaiting trial for this awful criminal offense. The Constitution does provide for a “speedy” trial, thank God...

So, if this is a criminal felony offense, will the Public Defender defend me against this charge while I spend the six months in jail and then go to trial.

So, if this is a criminal felony offense, what will I be charged by a criminal defense attorney to defend me and get it reduced to a misdemeanor, since it is my first criminal offense committed while flying into a NY state airport, which will still leave me with a criminal record. Will this be comparable to a DUI charge? Will this nefarious criminal charge impair my credit score as well as cause a problem looking for employment? Who will want to hire someone who consumed a cup of coffee with a shot of Tia Maria while flying into

So, if this is a criminal felony offense, will the Marshall on the airplane put me in handcuffs? Will the pilot then land the plane ASAP and have me escorted off the plane into the local arms of the law?

So, if under the circumstances, I have a problem with being detained by the Marshall on the plane, will the other passengers see this as a TERRORIST action and assist the flight attendant and the Marshall to subdue me and will a SWAT team be called to the airport that the pilot is now heading for?

So, since I am 79 years old, I won’t be here much longer and won’t have to endure the CRAP that you younger folks are going to have to live with.... especially, if the BEPLN/BHO is reelected and the DEMORATS regain the House and keep the Senate. Your ass is MUD.... stocking up on guns and ammunition is not going to save you... what happened to David Karesh in Waco, TX? How are you going to go to combat with a SWAT team?

So, have as good a day as you can. Love your spouse and kids, your parents and related family and pet your pets... they are family too. Enjoy it while it is here before the HOPE & CHANGE of the BEPLN/BHO takes it all away. Adios, amigo...

“Presumably, Biden knows that U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, for whom he is expected to campaign, is a U.S. senator from the state of Rhode Island, not Road Island, wherever that is.”

It must be the 57th state that BOH created in his befuddled mind
