Kings dream of a society where you are judged for jobs and colleges by the color of your skin and where mistakes by black people (like jail) and black problems (like rampant out of wedlock pregrancy) are blamed on whitie.
You have that bass ackwards. King proclaimed that we all will be better off when men are not judged by the color of their skin. He was right, but today's so called civil rights leaders prefer your approach.
I read in today's news that a young soldier from New Jersey came down with what is described as a mysterious rash in Iraq and he died on Thanksgiving day.
"Christensen died on Thanksgiving Day in a South Carolina hospital from a mysterious illness he contracted in Iraq.
He was deployed to Balad, Iraq, in mid-January with the 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, headquartered in Fort Stewart, Ga.
Christensen spent most of his time in the relative safety of a military base while in Iraq. His deployment was uneventful until late October, when he developed a rash on his leg and a cyst in his throat.
He was flown from his base in Iraq to a Kuwaiti hospital to have the cyst removed, and was transferred several days later to a military hospital in Landstuhl, Germany, after his illness intensified.
Although Christensen seemed to be regaining his strength shortly after his transfer, by the end of that week he took a turn for the worse. The Army flew Christensen back to a military hospital in Georgia, from which he was transferred to the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
That's an over the top statement you've made. I'm not one bit happy with this so called "guest worker" program either but to label this President a jackass makes no sense at all on balance with all the good he's done. Argue your point and don't sling mud. You'll look better that way.
