That’s a list of various groups and percentage of voters who would vote for each one not a list of how many voters would vote for an atheist broken down by category.

None. It would do no damage. It’s done by practically everybody with an Internet connection. That’s part of what makes his behavior so bizarre.
Centralized large scale power production is far more efficient than nay car engine. Same reason nobody is saving money by running their home off a generator.

Candidates usually don’t get Secret Service protection until they’re nominated. It would be very unusual for any candidate other than the incumbent to have a detail at this point.
