Yes....too high an IQ is a disqualifier as intelligent people are more likely
to question the rational and necessity of procedures. Especially procedures that are blatantly evil and corrupt. Academy screening processes that used to screen OUT sociopaths and incompetence now screen FOR those types of applicants as those running the show want hired thugs to enforce compliance rather than civilized people with common sense who would serve society. The government is not recruiting for law enforcement and has not for a long time. They are now recruiting for their Schutzstaffel, a
    new type of gestapo.

The issue is not genetic....it is how a fetus responds to the increase in
stress the mother is subjected to in utero. One fetus may not respond to the hormone markers of stress and the other fetus does. That would cause one to be born normal and the other with changes to the structure.

The research is ongoing but the evidence so far is clear. The structure of a male brain of a gay man is closer to the structure of a normal female than a normal male.

    http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/06/080617151845.htm

And the hatred and vitriol of so many on this issue makes me ashamed to
call myself a christian...because it is invariably people who profess to be saved who are the most hateful and abusive to those who don’t believe what they want them to believe.

It’s amazing how absolutely hateful some people are at a
condition that causes them no physical harm. Homosexuals
and their activity pose no risk to the life and health of
people who live a moral life and who do not engage in promiscuous conduct.

NOBODY woke up one morning and said “I guess today is the day I decide if I’m gay or straight”. NOBODY went to school
one day for “pick your gender orientation” day....perhaps it
was scheduled for the same day as “career day” and I missed it.

Homosexual orientation is not a choice people make like
which color car to buy or what college to go to. It’s a
realization that most come to at some time during adolesence. And it’s a source of great pain and suffering
for many who wish to fit in to the norm but don’t feel normal trying to fit in. In short it’s a curse for most who
would like to be mainstream but realize they are not.

A small portion of the small group of homosexual people in
this country have become so vocal and militant with the help
of the communists in power and their media lapdogs that they
are making most people hate ALL homosexuals when it is only
a small number of them that wish to impose their will on
everone, just as it is a small number of people who go into
politics so they can impose their will on others.

Homosexuality is condition that people suffer from...not a
choice they made and it is for most of them a source of
distress and pain as they came to terms with it. I feel
SORRY for them. I will not condemn them for what I know is
a condition they did not choose but a sentence imposed on them by biology.

While such research may be relevant one must take into
account that the reliability and accuracy of responses to
such questions is dubious. People remember events and
experiences from their childhood inaccurately and incompletely at best. The younger they were the less accurate they are. Many a person has been crucified in
court for the allegations of abuse made by small children
that were not only unsubstantiated but proven false. Many
people when prodded by questioners and led by misleading
questions will give inaccurate answers. I prefer to invest
my beliefs in actual research that can be seen, measured and
    repeated.

Isn’t it wonderful how double blind controlled research
that doesn’t match your prejudice is hogwash. Multiple
studies done by more than one research program shows that
there is an UNQUESTIONABLE difference in the structure

Incidents such as this must make one wonder how many people
are languishing behind bars for the very simple reason that
in their case a camera wasn’t present to record the criminalty of the badgemonkeys who destroyed their lives.

A reasonable guess would be that for every case such as this

While one may debate the “born gay” issue if they choose
there is no doubt that there is a physiologic difference
between gay men and straight men. This difference is quite
apparent on MR images of the brain.

In addition lab research shows that by subjecting a control group of pregnant rats to normal conditions and a second group to highly stressful conditions those male rats born
to the control group exhibit normal behavior while the male
rats born to the stressed group exhibit high levels of homosexual behavior.

While engaging in homosexual activity can be considered a
choice the innate programming that controls a persons preferences appears to be set during pregnancy.

By law occupational dose for a “radiation worker” meaning someone who works in an industry where they might be occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation has a dose
limit of 1.25 R per calender quarter and a maximum dose of
5R per calender year. Some employers can and do break that dose down into weekly or daily limits. That is acceptable as long as the cumulative dose does not exceed the legal limits of 1.25R/qtr or 5R.yr.

NON occupational exposure is limited to 10% of occupational
exposure. This means that a secretary working in such a place cannot recieve more than 125mr/qtr or 500mr/yr. In addition there are further limits placed on occupational workers who are pregnant.

This story seems fishy. I doubt that much exposure is being generated “in the wild”.

Lets not confuse what a court says with what a sheriff
may or may not do. The 9th’s decision stated that
“good cause” was not a basis that could be used to decide
whether or not permit would be issued. The ruling did not
instruct the sheriff to issue unless a reason to deny could
be found and the law grants the sheriff the discretion to
issue, it does not require him to issue. This decision
is not a directive to the sheriff...it is a decision that
removes strikes down the “good cause” portion of Penal Code
section 12050. The “good moral character” requirement is still in place...and is still subjective and the requirement for specified training is still in place.
Some jurisdictions may issue more permits now than in the
past based on this decision....I suspect that most will not.
HOW they decide to proceed is up in the air as this code
still grants the sheriff full discretion to issue or not.

The “reasonable restrictions” on where and how carry may
occur is also another point that will likely be contended
    in court at some time.

This decision in no way changed the political landscape in
Kali regarding permits. Those sheriffs that issued them
for reasonable purposes will continue to do so and those
who looked for reasons to refuse still have verbage in
the code that allows them to deny or restrict as THEY choose. This issue is far from settled. The ruling is
a step in the right direction but THAT IS ALL IT IS...
    a step.

This is what happens when LEO academys screen FOR sociopathic tendencies rather than to eliminate them.

The criminals in power do not want enforcers with
empathy or a consciensce. Those attributes make
the hired help unsuitable for dispensing violence
and imposing the will of the elite willingly so
they screen to eliminate such traits. Once you
populate a profession with sociopathic violence

Once the SCOTUS is pack with liberal Justices, they will then hear the cases.

This may be the why they are waiting to take such a case.
They want to be CERTAIN they can issue the decison they
want. There is also the issue of simply refusing to step

This of course is an issue that has come up many times over the years from pizza delivery men to cab drivers to convenience store clerks. There isn’t a publicly traded company of ANY significant size outside the firearms industry that allows employees to carry a weapon on the
premises. It stems from the fear....and it’s a logical
fear....that if the employee uses the gun for any reason and
anyone other than a criminal is harmed the company is liable. And in America with all the lawyers one can bet that
such an occurrence would cost a company money. The problem is that the legal system has given employers a pass on the issue. They have stated that to avoid such a liability an
company may disarm their employees. But the courts and legislatures refuse to address the other half of the issue.
That being when an entity refuses to allow citizens to protect themselves they need to accept the responsibility for that defense. That means that a company that disarms it’s employees needs to be held financially and if necessary
criminally liable for not taking ALL the available steps
to protect those employees while they are working. Right now companies get to have their cake and eat it also...and
that isn’t right. We need to be pushing legislatures HARD to make them hold employers liable for the safety of the
people they employ if they insist on them being disarmed.
That is where our efforts need to go. Once a major company has to shell out millions because they disarmed employees and someone then went postal and killed a few they will
RAPIDLY reevaluate their position on the matter.

“Cookbook” medicine is rapidly becoming the norm.
That is what is taught in med school now. One must
follow the “standard of care” meaning if someone
presents with symptom X or history Y you order tests
A B and C. If you believe you know what is wrong and
do not order those tests and your are incorrect you
cannot defend yourself in court...you failed to meet
“standards of care”. This phenomenon leads to doctors
who don’t do good physical exams, who do not take a
complete history and who merely rely on technology to
provide them an eventual answer....even if they have
to bankrupt the patient and give them leukemia from all
the lab and radiology exams they subject them to.

True doctors who practice medicine are becoming increasingly rare.....med schools and the legal
climate are producing physicians who are not doctors,
they cannot practice medicine, they are merely proctors,
they oversee massive numbers of expensive tests.

While the decision is a step in the right direction
it does not force a sheriff to issue. It does
remove the undue burden of “good cause” and gives people
who wish to resort to legal action an additional precedent
in their favor. However the ruling does not remove that
one all important word from the penal code....”may”.

If a sheriff denies a permit and gives a reason that is
vague, broadly worded etc. an appeal such as the one under discussion may successfully remove that impediment.

However if a sheriff merely denies the application without
stating a reason an applicant would have to sue to force
a precedent requiring a valid reason for denial. Until
such a precedent is set a sheriff merely has to say NO....
    and not one word more.

I have no doubt that time will show that nothing of any substance has changed. Not until further court actions
take place and further rulings are made that give further
directions to a sheriff directing them to approve applications unless he can come up with a good reason for
denial. I have zero faith that the legislature will change
the wording of the law to “shall”....they may not even be bothered to remove the phrase “good cause” regardless of this ruling.

In order for Kali to go from “may issue” to “shall issue”
the legislature would have to change the penal code from
“may” to “shall”. A court ruling such as this can strike
down an undue burden like “good cause” however to think
this ruling changes the actual law is not how the legal process works.

NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE AND NO FLOOD OF PERMITS WILL HAPPEN.....and this is why.

    Ca Penal Code Section 12050

12050. (a) (1) (A) The sheriff of a county, upon proof that the person applying is of good moral character, that good cause exists for the issuance, and that the person applying satisfies any one of the conditions specified in subparagraph (D) and has completed a course of training as described in subparagraph (E), may issue to that person a license to carry a pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person in either one of the following formats:

The Subsections to this article address other issues but
Paragraph A is the guiding directive. The KEY word in this
paragraph is the word “MAY”....the code says the chief LEO
“MAY” issue a permit. It does not say “SHALL”. All the
9th circus courts ruling did was to delete the phrase regarding “good cause” from this code. It does not change
the word “MAY” to “SHALL”. Only the legislature can make that change. Unless and until such a change IS made, and that is VERY unlikely California remains a “MAY ISSUE” state not a “SHALL ISSUE” state. That means that the decision to issue or not issue is at the SOLE discretion of
the chief LEO involved. The recent court decision ONLY means that said LEO may not use the phrase regarding “good
cause” as a reason to refuse to issue. He can still refuse
to issue a permit....and he isn’t required to give a reason.

As fat as the doughnut monsters are I would figure

You don’t have to agree with it but the evidence supports that assertion. The “Go home at the end of your shift at any cost” mentality is just the beginning of that sickness.
Add in all the other abuses, criminality and coverups that
are reported on a daily basis and the ONLY possible conclusion is that LEO has been transformed from what it was into a Gestapo of sadistic brutish sociopaths who are not only NOT held accountable for the evil conduct but are
actually rewarded more often than not.

Are we where? We passed the “Claire Wolfe” point in time at

to do any good....we might be past the point where shooting the

What GOOD would a convention do?
The Constitution AS WRITTEN is MORE than
adequate. The problem is not what it says,
the problem is those in power do their best
to ignore and sidestep it. Anything we add they
don’t like would be ignored just as effectively
as the current contents and the convention would
give them the chance to do what they want to
do desperately....edit the Second Amendment or
repeal it altogether. Once that happens the great
gun confiscation begins. Large portions of society
currently don’t support disarmament because while
they don’t fully understand the true meaning of the
Amendment they know it exists and that we can’t be
totally disarmed. If the Second is amended or annulled
many millions of sheep would go “ I guess we can’t own
guns now, they all need to be turned in”. It would be the
wedge the tyrants need to finish the job.

Nothing good can come from a convention.....a LOT of
    BAD things could happen though.

They have removed the “good cause” excuse from the denial.
Now they will simply deny the permit without saying why.
No mechanism is in place to force them to issue a permit.
I don’t see a lot of permits being issued till the sheriff can
be held personally accountable for damages for denying a
permit without an extremely good reason for doing so.
