If Starbucks was as liberal as they think they are, they would give their coffee away for free. I'm mean free coffee ought to be a constitutional right, right? How many times have you heard people say they can't live without a cup of coffee in the morning? This is how socialists are. They see something someone has and believes everyone should have it for free. Like health care. So they demand that the coffee business make their coffee for free and I don't mean just the bland stale regular coffee. That's just not fair. Triple Cappuchino Frappachino extra latte...

The Asian restaurant I go to for lunch has CNN playing in the corner. There's a split-screen of Ashleigh Banfield with Nancy Grace and they are discussing Bill Cosby's legal troubles when the screen switches to a floating "picture wall" of all the Cosby accusers, mostly attractive blondes. It represents a silent portrait of presumed Cosby victims. Then they switch to a picture of Cosby being led into the courthouse with his attorneys. CNN's pictures scream "guilty" regardless what the ladies were actually saying (the sound was off).

I live by myself and had been away from home for 12 hours. I often leave my home computer turned on even when I am gone. Last night, I noticed my computer screen was on and my computer was downloading Windows 10. I tried to stop it and, when I couldn't, I simply shut the computer off. After turning it back on, it said "restoring to your previous version" and I'm now back to Windows 7. I noticed that somehow my update settings had all been changed to allow Microsoft maximum access and Windows 10 upgrade was now categorized as...

Looking for an up-to-date and complete list of primary states won by Trump and Clinton thus far. With Bernie Sanders winning 10 of the last 15 state primaries on the Democrat side, I think Trump can pronounce that he has won more state primaries in the highly-contested Republican presidential race than the Democrat front-runner has. IIRC, Trump lost in Iowa, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Idaho, Alaska, Ohio, Wyoming and Wisconsin. If I've missed any, let me know. Trump is practically guaranteed to win all the other states left. IMO, it would be a great talking point for Trump to proclaim that...
  • Trump: "Right now I'm catering to the Republicans"

It's right there in the Washington Post... "The party's presidential front-runner told supporters Saturday that he's out to bring independents and Democrats behind his cause even though 'right now I'm catering to the Republicans.'" Which means, of course, that it's all been an act and, once nominated, he'll be "catering" to the Democrats. Face it, Trumpsters, if Jeb Bush or Mitt Romney had said this, you'd know exactly what it meant. If Cruz or Kasich said this, you'd be wagging your fingers and hammering their supporters over it. But, there it is, plain as Kansas, Trump is "catering to...

The media spinners are quickly forming a template for the latest act of terrorism to hit out shores - the killing of 14 people at a community center in San Bernadino, CA. Stylish Jihadi Ken and Barbie, the Bonnie and Clyde role models for a new century, left this world in a hail of bullets after performing workplace violence against useless white bureaucrats having a "holiday party" (likely with Christian overtones where something offensive like ham or bacon bits may have been served in the casserole). By my calculation, we are 478 days away from January 22, 2017, the first day for a new president to take office and begin healing our country. I want that to be Cruz or Carson or Trump. Heck, I'll even settle for the Squishy GOP-e moderates if it means a defeat (and hopefully jail time) for Queen Hillary and the end of the Obamanation.

If you are a member of a Bible-believing church that considers homosexuality to be sin, last week's SCOTUS decision making gay marriage a federal right has to be disturbing. Soon, as they have with wedding bakers, florists and photographers, gays are likely to show up to be test cases asking to get married in your church. If you are a church elder, what is your response going to be when it is your church they want to marry in? America is up to their eyebrows in debt and fixing to get worse. Well, if this were a normal American family, they would sell off some of the possessions they think could get their finances back on firm ground. Government doesn't seem to work that way. They just print more money (inflationary) or borrow money from other countries (exploding the debt). Not good. America seems to have no appetite for tightening their fiscal belts either so perhaps it is time to sell off a few assets. Alaska might be a good choice but it is a tough sell because it...

The Obama Administration has leaked their economic plan for the next four years should they win re-election. This plan was approved by top economists at Harvard University and other top economic thinktanks on the Left. While not complete, the plan draws a stark contrast with the plans of Mitt Romney to refocus the economy on tax cuts, spending cuts and investment in jobs. This is what has been learned about the outline of Obama's Economic Plan for his second term as leaked to us: 1. Raise taxes on the 53% under the guise of "taxing the rich". 2. Punish the...

This is a somewhat famous campaign speech from Al Gore in 1992 that seems more relevant today than it was in 1992. I keep reading on FR that Rick Santorum is unelectable (although Rasmussen's latest poll has him just 6 points behind Obama in a head-to-head matchup) as they try to justify why they are supporting Newt Gingrich. Santorum is definitely less well-known than the former Speaker, but that's the problem for Newt. He is well-known and not well-liked. Talking Points Memo has a rolling track of Gingrich's favorable/unfavorable numbers in national polls. His favorables are now consistently in the 20-25% range since the Florida primary but his unfavorables have topped 60% in two of the last three polls (click link below)....

Norway, of course, is a liberal "tolerant" country that has long since outlawed the death penalty. Sellers carried the flag to midfield, then flung it down near the 50-yard line before joining his teammates in a midfield huddle. Linebacker Robert Henson removed the flag from the turf.

It's not posted on their website yet but it's been announced on the air that the suspended "Todd and Don Show" has now officially been cancelled by KLBJ-AM (Austin, TX). The short-lived one-hour morning show meant to bridge between their morning show and the Rush Limbaugh show featured African-American newsman Todd Jefferies and former talker Don Pryor (son of local icon Cactus Pryor). It featured a rapid-fire whimsical look at the day's news. Sometimes it was funny, sometimes it wasn't but it was local and it quickly developed its own following. I sometimes listened to it while waiting for Rush...

MADRID (AP) — A Spanish woman believed to have become the world's oldest new mother when she gave birth at 66 has died at 69, leaving behind twin toddlers, newspapers reported Wednesday. Maria del Carmen Bousada, who reportedly died Saturday, gave birth in December 2006 as a single mother after getting in vitro fertilization treatment at a clinic in Los Angeles. The births ignited a firestorm of debate over how old is too old for a new mother, and how much responsibility fertility clinics have over who gets treatments. Bousada told an interviewer she lied to the fertility clinic about...

WELLINGTON, New Zealand -- A New Zealand taekwondo athlete has opened a brothel to help fund his bid to compete at the 2012 London Olympics, local media reported Sunday. Logan Campbell, 23, told the Sunday Star-Times newspaper he hoped his Auckland "gentleman's club," which provided escort services, would help him raise about $200,000 toward his London Games campaign. Campbell, who finished in the top 16 in the featherweight division at last year's Beijing Olympics, said he spent around $90,000 competing in international events leading up to the games.

Do you remember what was always parroted by the Democrats anytime a Republican wanted to curb spending on Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security or any other entitlement progam? "Republicans just want to kill old people." The nonsense charge must have worked because Democrats were shameless in yelling this from the rooftops every time the subject came up. Now we have a Democrat president who wants to put in a system that will literally kill off old people by denying them operations and care that they need to have the best chance at survival and a prolonged life. It's now time for...

If we accept the premise that Barack Obama is a closet communist that hates America and wants to turn the U.S. into a socialist/Marxist haven, a nuclear attack by North Korea on Hawaii may be exactly what Obama wants. Certainly, any faux conflict with Asian communists will be met with little resistence from Obama, aware that the Chinese are the ones holding most of our debt. Obama saw how the country rallied around George W. Bush after 9-11 but, more importantly, he saw the potential that Bush wisely passed up. Obama and the Far Left want to accelerate their takeover...
