Hey all! I need some advice from former or current military members. My daughter and her high school sweetheart got married a couple of weeks ago. He's currently active duty Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. He's been there only about a year. Great kid and great Marine. He had to return to base while she stays here while waiting until they can send their marriage license through channels so they can get their housing allowance and get an apartment. A little screw up has added a couple of weeks to the wait. The problem is that he pulled the trigger...

Adams says cameras were rolling as the men, donning masks and armed with guns, entered the store and terrorized employees, pointing their weapons and making demands. More...

The Binch hated U.S! the whole U.S. way! Now don't ask me why, for nobody can say, It could be his turban was screwed on too tight. Or the sun from the desert had beaten too bright But I think that the most likely reason of all May have been that his heart was two sizes too small. But, Whatever the ...

BPA rejects bill for rain ceremonies Drought or no, there are some things the Bonneville Power Administration isn't ready to pay for, including tribal rain ceremonies. In what's turning out to be another sore spot for tribal- BPA relations, the federal power marketing agency has rejected a $32,000 bill submitted by the Yakama Nation for performance of two traditional "events" designed to bring rain to the drought-shriveled region. "It was pretty much a blow to me to hear from the BPA administrator that he couldn't find the funds ... to assist in this," said Randy Settler, fish and wildlife chairman ...
