There is no difference, that is for sure, between you and an average Democrat.

You went so far to the Right, that you came back out on the Left. You would gladly let your country be destroyed to satisfy your need for revenge. The only good thing going for the country is, your kind are less than 2% of the population and there are as many radical Democrat/Leftist on the other side who will cancel you kind of insane behavior out.

It's hard to believe that you are finding a way to validate another 4 years of Obama, as well as you are going out of your way to help him get reelected.

Your lame projections are also traitorous, since you don't realize that Obama will use the next 4 years to load the courts from district level to SCOTUS. And your theory that Obama will be held in check by the legislation, it looks like the outcome of the last 4 years, completely destroys your claim that Obama has been kept under control, since he has resorted to Executive privilege to circumvent Congress and the Senate.

The next 4 years of Obama will end all doubt that the Republic is doomed.

ABO, there is no other option.

The nasty, rude attacks are completely allowed, provided you belong to the proper “anybody but Romney” crowd. This is getting hard to take for even the most dedicated Military Patriots like myself, who love and protect their country above all else.

[Newt unable to compete pretty much anywhere right? Were you just joking or did you actually think this was good news? ]

Reality does not choose sides. The facts are what they are. Newt has no chance what so ever. At this point, it is still considered a debatable issue, but after the 24th, it truly will be all over with. Romney will likely score well over 50% in the remaining states, and clinch the nomination much sooner than previously expected.

And let me point out; This is not my fault, and does not mean I am a Romney supporter. It mainly means that I am a realist and have done some very intense research into the matter. The facts are what they are and looking to blame someone, for something that is out of our control is rather childish and petty.

But if some here are determined to point fingers anyway, look no further than the fickle group of malcontent, “perfect” conservatives who bounced from Perry, Bachmann, Cain, Newt and Santorum, with the final nail in our coffin being Santorum. It was forewarned, predicted and the current outcome is exactly what was forecasted.

You have all the DNC talking points down to a fine line. I'm sure they are watching this forum closely to learn how the best angle for attack should be approached.

Since the filthy and “evil” rich employ millions of people who build those mansions, work for those rotten rich people and earn a living maintaining that lifestyle, as well as, their support for the free enterprise system in which every one of us could have that same potential.

Oh, by the way, most people in the “Middle Class” owe their income and status to those people you so jealously hate.

The sad thing is, you are clueless, and believe that you are right in what you are doing, that the enemy is all around you and cheering you on as if you were one of them. And in reality, you have joined their cause, thinking the opposite.

That is what is at stake here. This is no longer just another election cycle that we can easily turn around after 4 years. If we lose this, it’s game over. Especially after they make web sites like this illegal, under the “Hate Crime” laws. They will legislate our ideology, as a crime, just like they made using the “N” word punishable in a court of law if your skin is white.

It will get much worse, and there may well be euthanasia of the elderly, or people who do not meet the Government’s standard. It is already happening in Europe and China.

These people are vastly ignorant. They actually believe that letting Obama win, and even going out of their way to make it happen, will not only punish the GOP, (revenge) but will make the country fail so completely that a “Conservative” savior will emerge, heal the country and lead us all back to economic prosperity and Conservative Utopia.

But as history has illustrated repeatedly, the very opposite occurs. Instead, after the economic collapse of the Free Enterprise system, a Totalitarian, Socialism in one form or another, takes control. And a Government Dictatorship may emerge, that will rule the population through fear and deadly retribution.

Europe has gone through this cycle repeatedly for thousands of years. America is no exception to the rule. It amazes me to see so many people who deny that we are actually very close to seeing this scenario become a reality.

I still favor Newt, but I am always a realist first. Newt no longer has a chance. None what so ever.

So, I support who ever gets the nomination. ABO! If that's Romney, then so be it. I love my country too much to think that it would be better to just let the Democrats have their way with what is left of it.

This country has been weakened to near fatal levels and it would not take much effort at all, to completely destroy it to the point where we can never repair it.

The very next stage is Tyranny. And if these well meaning people (Pure Conservatives) think they can afford to let the Democrats destroy it, in the belief they can rebuild it into a Conservative Utopia later, they are gravely mistaken.

It will fall into a Totalitarian State that will place a bounty on Conservatives. We will have to go underground, similar to what happened in Russia and China. It always happens that way. History has proven this repeatedly.

You may be missing the bigger picture. It is not so much a collective effort or evil conspiracy to coronate Romney, as it is the simple fact that Romney had money left over from the 2008 election, which Romney immediately began making preparations and plans for 2012.

The experience and understanding for running a National Election, gave both Paul and Romney a distinct advantage over the other candidates, who did not start until the campaign season began.

The real truth is not so much the MSM. It was the fact that Santorum did such a poor job, planning and organizing his campaign, that he lost critical delegates because he did not do the paperwork correctly or in time, to qualify.

In several states where Santorum tied or held slight leads over Romney in the popular vote, but lost delegates to Romney, only have Santorum’s lack of ability, organization and experience in handling a National Election to blame.

These facts are listed in a recent article that points this out. Most of Santorum’s big backers stopped sending in financial support, knowing how badly Santorum had mishandled his campaign. This is proof positive that he would have made a very bad President, since he cannot even manage a proper campaign, he would certainly not even have a clue how to fix this economic/fiscal mess.

Things happened the way they did for a good reason.

[The man has no core beliefs, other than getting elected]

Right, so you would rather have Obama destroy the country completely for the next 4 years because you are just too detached from reality to understand that Obama also has strong “core beliefs”.

Since you make that the primary criteria for awarding your vote to the lucky candidate who is worthy of your piety, you should vote for Obama. Since that will be the likely result of your campaign to destroy the only chance we have left, to save the country.

Why are you so convinced that Romney cannot win?

There are several months left before any poll is accurate.

Consider all the variables that will determine the race first, before you predict doom and gloom. By November, the economy will be in shambles, the debt even more so, Gas prices will be into the $5 range, a loaf of bread, a bag of chips and gallon if milk will cost 5 bucks and the millions more on Food Stamps and Welfare will drain the the taxpayers to panic proportions.

Add all the other International events that will likely come to a head by the end of this year, and you have Obama as the equivalent of Jimmy Carter on Steroid's.

This election is very winnable from our standpoint. Maybe if more CONservatives would get positive, pitch in and lend a hand to demonstrate those superior “Principles”, instead of only griping, threatening to stay home and vow to keep whining, we might not only win, we can actually get somewhat back on track.

We know good and well that if Santorum had done the right thing like Perry did, and dropped out when he was still at 2%, the race would be decided and Newt would be our nominee. About all Santorum has managed to do is, split the vote, disrupt the Conservative voice and then quit suddenly and leave us all hanging after the damage has been done.

But that is now impossible, since Santorum begged Romney to pay off his campaign debts. In addition to that, Santorum’s big financial backer has already gone over to Romney.

Newt's big backer is also about to pull the plug on the already sinking canoe that Newt is riding in. Reality does not choose sides. It is what it is, so we need to figure out how to beat Obama with what we have, as well as make sure our interests are represented as Conservatives.

Sounds logical, as well as reasonable. Now, with that realism out of the way, let's also stop helping the Democrats destroy our last hope to undo the damage Obama has done in his first 4 years.

We can keep the pressure up on the GOPE and Romney when he takes office. But going out of our way to not vote, or help the DNC smear our chosen nominee and destroy them, is traitorous by nature. It will serve nothing and believe me, if Obama wins a second term, with what he intends to do without restraint, (Executive orders alone) will destroy what little is left of the Republic.

We need to beat Obama. Period. There should be no other concern at the moment. There is way too much emphasis being placed on defeating our own side, which will guarantee that we fail.

The real enemy is raging out of control right before our eyes. Look at the National Debt, Inflation/food prices, Energy prices, refineries/Coal mines being shut down weekly, 88 million people have left the work force, etc,,,,.

We all have much bigger fish to fry, than to destroy the candidate that the voters among our own party have chosen. To band with the Democrats, to help them destroy us, is the equivalent of helping a firing squad take aim, by helping them steady the rifles that are aimed directly at our own heads.

It's good that you have such a dedicated loyalty to Newt. I feel the same way about him as you do. However, Newt has always been disfavored among the elite in the GOPE. So he was targeted and destroyed quite completely.

Santorum has already met with Romney and we will not see an exchange of Santorum’s delegates move over to Newt, like some here are fabricating.

It is only realistic, to understand that there is no way Newt can turn the race around. The votes will just not be there for him. He is also so strapped for money and support, that it in impossible for him to suddenly take charge of the race, or even force a contested convention.

It is what it is. The focus now needs to go in the direction of beating Obama, plain and simple. We need to get a positive attitude, or we lose. That, is also plain and simple.

You will see the Specter issue, and a long list of Santorum errors that hurt conservatives in PA while he was Senator. Even Perry would have made a much better front runner than Santorum. But that is all just projection and is now irrelevant. Nobody really knows all the potential hypotheticals, nor can they change the reality we now face.

LOL! That's true, but I pretty much flicked that flea a few posts back. I am sure we are seeing another retread, by the SU date. They are easy to spot by the way they get around this forum like they have been here for years.

The thing I am determined to focus on now, is beating Obama any way possible. Then we can sort out the details with whom ever is charged with that task. If that nominee is Romney, then we literally camp out on his doorstep and force him to make all of his promises to govern like a Conservative, a reality.

Then, we work feverishly the next 4 years, replacing the GOPE. But the first task, is to STOP THE BLEEDING! (Or the patient will die.)

Any logical thinker knows that there are countless dynamics behind the way this Primary season turned out. Newt would have been the nominee by now, had Santorum dropped out before Iowa. Running at or below 2% the entire year while all the other nominees were still in, says a whole lot about the man.

I am on the same wave length as you. We are all at an awkward point in the race. We now have a choice to minimize the damage, and that means we cannot take the chance of Obama winning. We need every vote we can get. Even if the nominee is Romney, we can hold his feet to the fire better that anyone, because he has promised us the Conservative Moon for the nomination.

At least if he takes Obama out, that will give us time to move the old furniture out of the GOP, and replace it with newer, smaller and more user friendly furniture that suits our needs and not the GOPE. But if Obama wins, we have no second chance.

Again, I do not support Romney, and I never have.

No, I have not quit at all, I have already voted for Newt, for my next move, I will vote for who ever we put up against Obama. If that is Larry the Cable Guy, or even my dog, I will crawl through mine fields and broken glass to get to the polls in order to be rid of Obama!

My favorite way to describe them is by saying; “These are the people who have gone so far to the Right, that they came back out on the Left.”

Again, what is your point? The FACTS are, the race is what it is, where it is, and all the arguing in the World won't change that reality. The blame for who split what, is also pointless and meaningless and won't change the outcome.

It no longer matters and there is equal blame to go around to all sides. What matters now, is how do we beat Obama, with who we have left? And it is pretty much a formality from here on out.
