But today, Raffensperger gave an interview to local news outlet WSB-TV where he made a claim that makes absolutely no sense regarding the number of Republicans he said voted absentee in the GOP primary but didn’t vote in the general:In new intv with me, @GaSecofState says 24,000 GOPs who voted absentee in primary did not vote in General – says Donald Trump cost himself the election by sowing distrust in absentee: "he would have won by 10 thousand votes he actually suppressed, depressed his own voting base"— Justin Gray (@JustinGrayWSB) November 17, 2020Are we supposed to believe that 24,000 faithful...

Democrat Tom Wolf. the governor of Pennsylvania is now demanding that citizens wear masks INSIDE of their homes. As of today in Pennsylvania, you must wear a mask. Indoors or in an enclosed space, where another person or persons who are not members of the individual’s household are present in the same space, irrespective of physical distance. --- SNIP --- Ironically, this is happening right as a brand new, large study has come out saying masks provide "statistically insignificant" protection against COVID-19. Of course, you could have also guessed this by the fact that mask mandates don’t seem to have...

Has anyone else noticed this? Most likely insignificant, but does set my spidey senses tingling. Just add it to the list of odd occurrences related to this election.

Back during the Clinton years, there was a user here that I believe went by the name Quidam, but not sure if my memory is serving me correctly. Their posts were cryptic, DC insider messages of impending charges and what would be considered now as changes to drain the swamp. I'm wondering if this user moved to Reddit and expanded his audience or was one of many insiders who was posting here. Thoughts?

This foreign influx into our National Pastime may help explain why our youth is abandoning baseball. Youth who play baseball have declined by more than 40% since 2000, and some communities where baseball was once booming now struggle to fill teams. Television ratings for World Series games are less than half what they were three decades ago. Baseball owners are doing the same thing that big corporations do – bring in foreign labor to take jobs that should go to Americans. American baseball players are better, as the awards and Hall of Fame prove, but perhaps baseball owners think that...

Climb aboard Blue Angel 4 in the "slot" position. Situated at the back corner of the Angels' signature diamond formation, you'll see the F/A-18 Hornets flying inches from each other as they execute breathtaking maneuvers. (http://usat.ly/1Yb309N)***************** Blue Angels pilots are renowned for their flying skills and physical fitness. Their bodies endure as many as 8 g's during the demonstration. "It's very hard forces on your body," Frosch said. USA TODAY caught up with the Blue Angels at the Great Georgia Airshow in late-October. The Blue Angels agreed to mount one of USA TODAY's specialized camera rigs, designed to capture video...

"I wish Trump would drop all of the personal ad hominem things which he seems to enjoy so much. I think it weakens the country, I think it weakens him, I think it makes us look stupid. Uh, and I'm not defending Cruz or anybody else. I'm just saying... I think the whole politics of this kind of personal stuff is almost deranged. It makes no sense to me to spend this kind of time on this kind of personality stuff."

Donald Trump boasted that he attracted a record-setting crowd to a livestock arena at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds on Wednesday night, but photos taken while he spoke inside the Barton Coliseum tell a different story.

Donald Trump just accused Ted Cruz of stealing the Iowa caucuses over the Cruz campaign's admission that it helped spread a rumor that Ben Carson was dropping out of the race: Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad! --SNIP-- Update 2. Oh boy: Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified. 9:28 AM - 3...

It's disheartening that an avowed socialist is a viable candidate for president of the United States. Socialism is a dead end. For hundreds of years, it has failed everywhere it's been adopted. The enthusiasm of our youth for the candidacy of Bernie Sanders is a symptom of our failure to educate them, not only in history, government and economics, but also basic morality. You don't have to be a student of ancient history to know socialism doesn't work. The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989 was an unequivocal demonstration of the moral and economic superiority of capitalism. The misery...

"Sharpton and Trump forged an unlikely friendship over Atlantic City boxing deals that has lasted for decades, through ups and downs. Even as the Tawana Brawley scandal unfolded and Sharpton faced a 67-count indictment involving how he used funding for his youth organization, Trump remained a prominent supporter of the agitator, numerous sources close to the two men tell National Review."

Exerpts:Someone sent this to me so I thought I would add it. Maryanne Trump Barry (born April 5, 1937) is a Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is the daughter of real estate developer Fred Trump and Mary MacLeod Trump and the older sister of real estate/entertainment magnate Donald Trump... appointed by none other than... BILL CLINTON."--SNIP--But Trump now claims that he just invited the Clintons to his wedding -- where they sat in the front row -- and they only came and took those schmoozy pictures together simply...

After yesterday's article, "Cruz Makes it Official - The Race is ON!!!" I believe there are more than just a few out there who need a civics lesson. Ted Cruz, as a matter of LAW and U.S. Codes...IS indeed qualified AND eligible to run for the office of president. The Constitution, clearly states that to serve as president, one must be 35 years of age, one must have resided in the United States for at least 14 years and that one must be a Natural Born Citizen. Just as clearly, the Constitution never defines Natural Born Citizen nor do any...

Cruz has long strained to avoid directly criticize the Republican front-runner. But on Tuesday, Cruz mused that it's "interesting" that some left-wing legal scholars are providing validation to Trump's claim. --SNIP-- Cruz suggested on Howie Carr's Tuesday radio show that those scholars were working on behalf of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Democratic front-runner. "She and Donald know each other well," Cruz said of Clinton. "And I do think it's interesting that Hillary Clinton's key supporters are doing everything they can to echo Donald's attacks on me. We've seen in the past couple elections where the Democrats worked...

Unreal. Putting the lives of our brave troops at risk by releasing five Taliban leaders wasn’t enough, apparently. Now the White House has to smear those who put their lives on the line for this country.

Yesterday South End restaurant Club Cafe announced that it would no longer serve Sam Adams due to the brewer's association with the parade. In an open letter on its facebook page Club Cafe stated that they were "disappointed that Sam Adams does not understand that the organizers of the St. Patrick's Day Parade continue to demonstrate that they do not respect LGBT Irish Americans by excluding LGBT members of this community from openly marching in the St.Patrick's Day Parade." This morning Sam Adams released a statement that said, in part "We share these sentiments with Mayor Walsh, Congressman Lynch and...

The whole idea of the show was to parade these nouveau riche Christian hillbillies around so that we could laugh at them. "Look at them," we were supposed to say. "Look how backward they are! Look what they believe! Can you believe they really live this way and believe this stuff? See how they don't fit in? HAHAHA" When the producers saw the way the show was shaping up, different than they envisioned it, they tried to change course. They tried to get the Robertson's to tone down their Christianity, but to their eternal credit they refused. They tried to...
