Okay, I am so mad at O'Reilly. I thought he was going to investigate Obama's sad lack of records. Instead, in his talking points memo, he listed point after point, conceeding that data was missing, but then adding a 'but' to explain how it is okay. It was basically a coverup. ERIE, Pa. — A pizza deliveryman who robbed a bank and was killed when the bomb around his neck exploded wasn't a hostage — he was a conspirator in the plot, federal authorities said Wednesday. The deliveryman, Brian Wells, 46, had told police before the bomb exploded in August 2003 that he was an innocent victim and had been forced by gunmen to rob the bank. However, in the indictments unsealed Wednesday, Wells is named as a co-conspirator. Two other people, Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong and her friend Kenneth E. Barnes, are charged with bank robbery, conspiracy and a firearms count.

Experts are not sure of the exact cause for the sharp dip. U.S. rules that took effect in 2006 made it harder to declare bankruptcy. Bankruptcy filings plunged 70 percent last year after changes to federal rules made it more expensive and burdensome to file for protection from creditors. The Administrative Office of the United States Courts reported yesterday that federal bankruptcy cases fell to 617,600 last year from 2.1 million in 2005, when debtors rushed to file under the old rules.
