I got an email from a parent in Shelby Co. last night who has a juvenile child enrolled in drug court. This parent informed me that the judge (Kramer) forced a drug test on the spouse under threat of arrest "to prove the parents are good role models" and that this is standard procedure in Shelby Co. drug court.

GULF OF MEXICO - Some 40 miles out into the Gulf Of Mexico, I jump off the boat into the thickest patch of red oil I've ever seen. I open my eyes and realize my mask is already smeared. I can't see anything and we're just five seconds into the dive.

"Mexico is being torn apart by drug gangs, often wrongly called cartels. Cartels are created to uphold prices. In the case of Mexico, it is law enforcement and the prohibition of drugs that upholds prices – and makes drug dealing irresistibly profitable." ... "Stabilized, taxed and supervised marijuana would be an advance on today's hodge podge of tolerance and intolerance. Federal law is intolerant and state law can be quite lenient. Some states tolerate personal use but cultivation is frowned on. This prohibition is expensive, ineffective and contributes to the woes in Mexico."

Why is a small area of South Alabama home to such a high number of cases of a rare disease? In part one of our investigative report, we talked to two families who have never met, but have been affected by the deadly disease called ALS also called Lou Gehrig's disease, which attacks the muscles. The peaceful waters along the eastern shore are calm and tranquil. But could Mobile Bay, and the air and soil around it somehow be factors in the unusually high number of ALS cases? Susan Calhoun: " Here he is, he's worked all his life. He's...

I am posting this in request for prayers for my parents. My father has been receiving dialysis for over a year now and has moved into the moderate stage of Alzheimer's. Over the last month it has been very difficult for him to get to the clinic for dialysis and even with the treatments he was always in pain and uncomfortable. My mother and my sisters and I have decided to stop the dialysis and hospice is coming in to help ease his pain. Daddy was a B-17 pilot in WWII and received several medals including a Purple Heart. He...

I hope ya'll don't mind me asking here... I'm really at my wits end. I update the website for and take digital pictures for a rental management company on the Gulf Coast. I take pictures of the inside of condos so those renting them can view them before hand. My qualifications for this job were, I had once taken a photography class and I like playing around on the computer.(and I'd work for cheap as I LOVE taking pictures and computers) When they first mentioned wanting me to make virtual tours I thought "cool! I'll learn something new!". Well, it's ...

Hello Everyone: Tuesday is a most important day. In Tallahassee, there is a Support the Constitution Rally. We need everyone to make the effort to be there. If everyone within driving distance, e.g. 350 miles makes the effort to attend, we will have thousands which we need to undo the false image presented by the staged Rent-A-Mob Rally by Jackson. Get on the phone, call your friends, talk radio, your church groups, civic groups, local Republican headquarters. Carpool, rent buses, rent vans, use church buses, whatever is necessary to get people to the rally for the Constitution. The reason is ...

The rally was GREAT!! I'm hoping someone comes along with more detailed info (sames of speakers etc) than I. The Mobile Register said there were "50-100" demonstrators. Their number HAD to be way low. The Dec 2 rally had 200 people and yesterdays had even more! Speaking at the rally was an Elector, a representative of the Baldwin County Republican Party and local radio talk-show host Shane McBryde. In the middle of the rally came the news that the US Supreme Court had stopped the recounts! The Gorons were silent 'cept for many single raised fingers and one man who ...
