He is a first amendment champion. He is the one who blocked Obama from forcing the Hobby Lobby owners, giving them standing as people even though they are corporation owners. (This qualification alone is good enough for me, because the dems heads are exploding over it, did you see the tria..ah confirmation?)

He also fought for Little Sisters of the Poor, and won. The government cannot force religious organizations or business' owned by Christians to provide abortion producing drugs to their employees, if it offends their religious consequence. This is huge!

For those alone, I am eternally gateful for Judge Gorsuch nomination.

Our Oregon Governor, the bi sexual, has cut the budget on all aspects of law enforcement across the state, to force the taxpayers through getting raped and mugged and robbed, beg her for more law enforcement, to raise taxes for more law enforcement.
She has said the extra revenue raised will also go to fund the illegals health care. Remember, Oregon is the state with the $300 million healthcare exchange failure, our former governor resigned over it. We have exactly two insurance companies that provide insurance in our entire state.

I so hope you are right, but I will take the bet, it will go nowhere but under the rug, they are all guilty.

The head of the NSA, the massive collection agency of all time, lied to congress under oath about the collection activities and what happened to him? Walking free with a pension, Eric Holder, lied to Congress was held in contempt of congress, walking free with a pension and now a million dollar retainer fee with the State of CA.

The worst thing that was ever done in my opinion was go to popular elections for US Senators.

Tell me about it, my Senators are Merkley and Wyden, Merkley is the instigator in the filibuster, he is so dumb. When I wrote him about repealing the ACA, he wrote back "just wait until the single payer option, that will solve all your healthcare problems."

I wrote Wyden, pleading with him to wake up the the NSA raw data gathering. Remember he is the one that Clapper lied to under oath about the NSA and data collection. I explained a month ago that Mike Flynn's name was exposed while a private citizen, he wrote back, "we are going to get to the bottom of the Russia/Trump connection".

Not quite. It's the top Democrats who have lurched to the left and there are fewer people who want to follow their nonsense.

The top leaders in the D party are all in their 70's advancing quickly toward a bunch of Marxists octogenarians. They are just like their counter parts in other parts of the world, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, by any means necessary and eventually force. Force is the only way leftist governments can succeed, no choice, no liberty, death if you don't comply.

And now the leftists have proven that they will not respect the raw data gathering of all of our activities by the NSA and have now proven they will use that data against political enemies, too, too much.

I ask - how much tyranny (oppression of the thoughts, minds and actions) will citizens stand?

We know they recorded the Russian Ambassadors conversation with Mike Flynn, his "transcripts" were leaked to the press, the press leaked his name, a private citizen caught in a NSA sweep. That leak is a felony crime.

So now we know that a former administration did have nefarious intentions against the incoming administration and used NSA raw data to reveal, hurt, harm an American citizen. I would rather the NSA re authorization not renewed ever again, in all honesty I would rather take my chances with the jihadi's.

I am not jumping on a bandwagon, my tech company invested in 1992 technology called "Checkpoint Charlie" it was a hardware card ad on for a pc, to protect said computer from hacking or snooping. We got the question, "why do you need that, what are you trying to hide?" I hate that statement.

I also quit flying for 6 years, only one flight in 8 now, due to the total infringement of my fourth amendment rights being violated by the airport security. I would rather take my chances with a jihadi.

Thank you Jim, good points all. My husband and I bought two apartment buildings about 16 years ago. We are self employed, so we did the responsible thing and invested in a passive income for life, especially in retirement.

We were brand new landlords and learned alot of things the hard way. Two ways a landlord can get into trouble, feeling sorry and being in a hurry to rent, that was us.

It was so stupid not to keep the unit vacant, for however long it takes to find a good tenant. If a new landlord knows nothing else, that above advice is the ticket to success and little property damage and heart ache.

And remember when Clapper and Brennan were in the news answering questions... it was clear they did not like Donald Trump... not one bit... and if they could.. they’d go after Trump? yes!!

All that power, breathtaking how they can monitor specifically a person, disseminate all the data they receive, plant evidence, proof of that in Atkinsons computer and then lie to congress under oath and get away with everything they do.

Spy agencies, men who happen to have a job with a spy agency, should be better scrutinized, if they are unbelievers or muslims whose "religion" allows them to lie with impunity should never be in a position of authority to be able to destroy another citizens livihood or family.

So even with all the Kings horses and all the Kings men, HRC and the press, Hollywood, the spy agencies tying to bring down Trump, epic FAIL, no wonder they are so pissed.

Very brave and manly men and their excellent machines is what I saw, logging my property last summer.

They are so skilled and brave, our property is great forest property, thus very steep north face mountain. The machine would crawl up the hill grabbing the tree at the base, cut it and lay it down gently in a pile, for the next machine to strip the branches and cut them in 20' lengths. They would balance the 100'+ tree with their boom so they don't tip backward or roll down the hill, what a feat!! Had to shake their hand when all done, they were amazing.

It is so amazing these expensive beasts we used to build are at my grandsons fingertips now and more. Another good thing about our computer business decades ago, our adult children have benefited being around all the high tech all their lives and have good paying jobs on account of it.

Thats what we did to wrest speed from the processors, fans lots of them, sometimes double processor fans, plus cooling fans inside the case. We had a great tech/partner that would program them to speed them up internally.

Since we do not build them anymore for sale, no money at all in them, my husband has built a few just for himself, it is nice that Newegg will sell onesies, cases, motherboards and graphics cards. We bought an HP desktop for my job as a Realtor, nothing but slow and stupid!!

What a great post! I did not read every word, very complicated at some points.

It caught my eye as my husband and I had a computer hardware business in the 90's. We built our own pc's custom for our customers, mostly programmers and graphics artists.

Bought our first 8088, a clone in about '82, a clone of an IBM, 2 8" floppys, and I think 286k in memory? Everyone we knew wanted one, so we became a dealer and started selling them. We liked the open architecture of the PC verses the Mac, later we built our systems, to easily upgrade with more memory and a faster processor. We went through the 286, the 386 and the 486 chips and thought AMD was superior to Intel in every way.

In the early nineties we took our system to the Microsoft labs so they could test it with the new version of software they were releasing. They give the different hardware manufacturers a certain routine to run to see how fast it is. Ours finished 8 hours before the others, they thought it was broken, turned out it was just very fast, every Microsoft NT programmer brought one from us after hearing about it!!!

"This abandonment of morals was also at the foundation of the brutality of the communist leaders and their devout followers—without a belief in a soul, in the traditional ideas of good and evil, or the ideas of a heaven or a hell, their only ambition was the ambition of the Party, and the ideas of right and wrong were boiled down to supporting or opposing the revolution. Without a belief that good and evil have consequences, the leaders and supporters of communism have carried out atrocity after atrocity."

Is this the path of the democrat party? It seems the only policy they are acceptable of, is their the party in charge, by any means necessary. Never hear of talk of "good for country" only good for party, the democrat party. The democrat party thought it good to control peoples private property rights if you have any standing water, the democrat party tried to take control of all water sources in the entire US if A. I have been taught for years now that Sodom and Gomorrah's destruction was not only about homosexuals freely practicing their way of life in the city, but the governments endorsement of it. The Government made it legal and acceptable in their society, thus total destruction came upon them.

I have feared what will happen to America with such rejection of God, His laws and decrees. I suppose with so many faithful Christians, I hope, America will not see its utter destruction, whats missing is prophecy in the Bible of the end times and what happens to our country.

Phony marriage, I like it too. although a phony marriage can be between two "unbelievers" man and woman.

God created marriage between man and woman. Man to love his wife unconditionally and woman to respect and obey. Marriage is God created and only "affirmed" as believers in a marriage. No paper needed nor celebration, its of the heart.

Another reason God frowns on men with men as there is no check on their sexuality. Woman are the ones that say no, and hold back the man especially young 15-25 year olds whose sexual drives are fierce. When its men with men, there is no brake, that is why average homosexual men have over 300 sex acts per year, average. No one could possibly advocate that is good and healthy.

So I figured since I am one of his constituents I would write him right away with my concerns with the NSA and their listening to everyone. I told him I would expect the IC to be listening to the Russian Ambassador, but then to release that conversation with a private American citizen to the press was bordering on sedition. Just letting him know I am watching.

What does Trump do when every conversation with a world leader is monitored and released into the public? How would any world leader ever want to talk to the POTUS again?

So freepers and some others thought it bad and wrong when Obama within months of taking office, removed the Bush order to set up defense systems in some of Russias former conquests, to keep Russia at bay.

We were told that Russia wanted that order removed and convinced Obama to not place them in those countries for self defense, Obama complied.

Then Clinton and Obama tried to be friends with Vlad and went to Russia to present the button, to signify a resurrection of a new friendly relationship after Bush the failure wrecked such a strong ally of ours, right?

Then when running for re election, he promised that "once he won re election, he can be much more flexible, tell Vlad."

Maybe I am dim, what is the difference? Flynn had conversations with an Ambassador under NSA surveillance and they recorded and released that private conversation with a private citizen to the press. I am going to write my Senator Wyden today, you know the one so concerned with illegal "listening" by the NSA on private citizens, with my concerns.

basically the President of the United States is shutting down part of the First Amendment by not taking certain questions that are going to be any way antagonistic in this.

Where were they on the first amendment, (they are real constitutionalists now) when Hobby Lobby and Little Sisters of the Poor invoked their first amendment rights to not be forced to provide abortions producing drugs to their employees? Did the press read the first amendment yesterday to see that it also protects religious speech?

Absolutely love, love their whining and moaning. Keep it up Trump!!
