'She continued, “And then, once you’ve reached that critical number of over a hundred million in this invasion, they will then propose, ‘Well, for your family and friends back home, who need ease of travel, they need a better life and so on and so on – we can do all this better with a regional government than we can with a US Government.’ And they will have enough critical mass inside the country in order to effect that policy.”'

" I, JOSEPH R. ...The “Genocide of Srebrenica” in July 1995 is regarded as the sad climax of the Bosnian war. According to Western accounts originally based on a report by the US government, more than 8000 Bosnian civilians may have been killed. But according to Phillip Corwin, the highest-ranking UN civilian official in Bosnia during the war, the actual evidence points to a more complex situation ...Corwin called the official Western account of events in Srebrenica a “distortion”. The late political scientist Edward S. Herman and the former CIA officer Robert Baer, who was operating in Yugoslavia during the war, even spoke of...

I posted on this subject stating that there were 400 + patriots in the Washington prison. I now believe that number was wrong. The link provided is the the most comprehensive that I have been able to find, and it is woefully incomplete. Nevertheless, I made a quick count of the people who were not recorded as being released on bail or 'personal recognizance.' In many cases there were no remarks at all of the status of the individual, so I assumed that all who were not listed as free remained incarcerated. Applying this criteria, my very cursory assessment suggests...

"...Worrell has been denied bail since March 12 — and has been shipped around from Florida, to Oklahoma, to Virginia, and now finally DC. He has been subjected to horrific conditions including a lack of water for sometimes up to seven hours and contracted COVID on top of his non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer..."

"..Despite the March ruling from the D.C. Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, lower court judges have agreed with prosecutors to allow some protesters to be locked up despite a lack of evidence of violence on Jan. 6..."

If 'bam get's reelected, will we host another extravaganza? Will we have another poet reciting verse. In case you forgot: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7eH7U3vCLQ Well, this time, let's give somebody else a turn at the podium. I nominate Snoop Dogg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaCodgL9cvk&feature=relmfu

THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU: It started out as a leisurely sunset stroll in your typical urban neighborhood. But that's all you remember. The nurse just informed you that you've been in a coma for three weeks. You were mugged, raped, and maimed. "Good news," she says "It was touch and go for awhile, you're mending nicely. Your blood work indicates that the std you were infected with has cleared and no traces are evident, thanks to the new antibiotics. It will take a little practice, but you'll adapt to the new prosthesis with the help of their state of...

"The U.S. will likely owe $10.4 trillion this year, its largest debt relative to the economy since 1950. However, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projected in 2001 that the federal government would erase its debt in 2006 and be $2.3 trillion in the black by 2011 – a $12.7 trillion difference from today’s reality. This fact sheet highlights the extent to which major legislation enacted over the last decade and other factors have contributed to the Great Debt Shift - the difference between CBO's 2001 projections and actual debt today. The methodology and data can be found in these links:...

I want to mark this day with friends. My daughter graduated from high school today, with honors and five AP classes to her credit. This fall she's off to Gettysburg College. I was hoping she'd study engineering or math, but she's elected to major in history. On reflection it makes sense. She's still liberal in a sophomoric way, but independent and determined. I can no longer show her the way, but I'm confident she'll find it.

Here’s what they, and every other state facing similar organized action, need to do: 1.Bring in the cops and pay the overtime. Outfit them in those black ninja suits with lots of padding and hardware. 2.Since the schools are already empty, take over the gymnasiums and rent a few porta-potties, one for men,one for the ladies. 3. Arrest and detain every jay-walker, litter-bug, peace disturber, trespasser etc. and detain them until someone pays their fine— the maximum. 4. Boot and ticket and tow and impound every vehicle parked the least bit out of line. 5. Advise area food businesses to...

"...As I wrote in a Nation blog earlier this month, Rahm's exit is a good thing for Obama and a necessary first step in the much-needed shakeup of his White House. Rahm alone wasn't solely responsible for diluting Obama's unique outsider brand, but he was a major contributing factor. After all, throughout his career in politics, Rahm has been at odds with the very grassroots activists who propelled Obama to the White House and made his campaign so unique. ..."
