Tigerseye....gimme a week or so and I will find out exactly what Groover carried, but I believe it’s an old school 1911.

    FreedomPoster....thanks for the ping.
    Like someone pointed out:
At 5 seconds, Groover first sees perp.
At 9 seconds, perp is drt.
I’m amazed Groover missed perp 2 but...
    That’s all that matters.

I’ve done business with this guy a ton.
Of all the places these idgits could’ve robbed, this place and this dude should’ve been last on the list, right behind the local Legion.
Guess they were figuring this dude was just gonna meekly give in like all the fast food chains these robbing crews have been butt raping along the u.s. 78 corridor.
    Good riddance.

I disagree...she lacks the sores and bumps around the face and neck that tweakers...especially female ones...sport.
Given her home state..dead eyes and placcid skin tone..id lay my wager on her being an opoid pain med addict...prolly one whom was swilling vodka because she had run out of roxys to snort, did not know where to get any away from her home...and was in a foul mood due to Mr Jones and his monkey riding her ass.

Ive seen it..in color in spades.

Unless they are venomous and on my property...I just leave them alone.

First...they are rat eating machines. Rats are nasty ass disease vectors that cause the deaths of way more humans than snakes do. On the list of human deaths caused by animals-insects...snakes are way down the list. The number one killer of humans are bees, hornets, and yellow jackets.

Second...folks that get bit either step on them because they aint watching where they are stepping....or messing with them when they shouldnt be because they wanna show off for their buddies. Or...picking up a snake they think wont bite them because it’s dead. Until that5 head is removed..dead or not..it will bite you.

Third...Hitting a moving snake with a fatal head shot aint easy...unless you are carrying a firearm loaded with snakeshot...which makes that firearm useless against animals that are actually a fatal threat such as wild hogs...coyotes..and bucks during the rut.

When Im in the woods...I carry a machette if the rare occassion comes where I must dispatch a snake away from home. At home...I use a spade point shovel.

There was a dude posted a thread on a local GA hunting and fishing website...bragging about the courage he displayed saving his family from the man eating copperhead posted up under his jacked up, brand new ford diesel truck that cost north of 50,000 grand with all the lift kit, tires and wheels, and bullydog programmer. 50 grand worth of truck with a back window covered with his hunting club logo(Something like Deer Slayer Badasses or something gay like that)...along with decals of browning, mossy oak, and other deer hunting brands. Said truck was a wedding gift from daddy...along with the 2 grand worth of custom built ar platform rifle he went and fetched to dispatch the “copperhead” under his truck.

His first mistake was fetching the ar...his second mistake was fetching a magazine loaded with FMJ ammo. I coulda run the snake off with a water hose.

Boy’s truck was parked on gravel. He went prone 25 yards away...downhill. He took five shots...four of which missed the snake and ended doing thousands of dollars worth of damage to his truck. After the first shot missed, snake went to running, and he fired four more in rapid succession. He somehow hit the snake...but he also hit his fuel tank, oil pan,two of his 600 dollar tires, one of his batteries, the drivers side glass, his 1000 dollar flatscreen stereo, and his 500 dollar bullydog programmer, and one shot eneded up buried in the wall coupla feet above the crib where his daughter was asleep.

And this idgit posted all of this with pics on a GA hunting and fishing message boaerd. complete with pics of the ever dangerous, maneating copperhead. Other members quickly pointed out that he almost killed his daughter and his truck over a snake that was for sure a banded water sake...it wasnt evena copper head,,,it was a banded water snake.

He didt post anymore after thatprolly because of the 200 plus replies of unrelenting, cruel deserving ridicule.

Im 48 and have bass fished since Iwas 8. Ive had hundreds of encounters with copperheads, cottonmouts, and timber rattlers...not seeig them until there were close enough to bite me. Not one did the snake do anything aggressive. Most sat there or slithered away. I’ve killed one copperhead off my property at a lake where my buddy throwed his spinnerbait up a tree on a steep bank. He talked me into climbig the steeP bank to retrieve his 5 dollar bait. Right when I got it loose ...I looked down and there was a fat copperhead..sitting in a ray of sun letting his obvious gut full of food settle. My buddy wanted to know what the snake had eat. Turned out it had three fat bream in his gullet in various stages of digestion.

I FELT BAD BECAUSE the snake spared me...had it bit me,...I was 45 minutes back in the woods and woulda beea goner.

I am a long suffering Falcons fan.

I told everyone that would listen...having watched my birds play the panthers twice a year....that if Cam gets hit hard early...he is done.

He is all smack talk when things are good, but let one bad thing happen...he is on the bench with a towel on his head sulking.

The HIGHLIGHT of my birds season this past year was beating the undefeated panthers. Falcon DT Hageman trucked a guard early and hit Cam hard. And rookie DE Beasely harrased him all game...including the game winning strip sack,

I ran a small cnc router for an a exhibit-museum-themed enviroment shop for several years.(Made some sign stencils for freedom poster to protest cynthia mckinney). When i say run....i mean take abstract designs turn them into dimension parts. My crowning achievement was a fuctioning fire truck for miami childrens museum...3/4 sticking out the wall. Out of 3/4 birch plywood. Now the pump system and cockpit and lights came from outside vendors....and I copied the shape from a blown up pic...but it was cool.

One can build VERY structurally sound and light things using 3/4 birch, wood glue, and a narrow crown staple gun.

If he pawned the gun...then got it back out...he had to do another federal background check to get it out...even though that’s where I bought the gun originally.

I know this to be a fact....I recently pawned a sidearm and got it out the day after the Virginia shootings. I had to work that day but got to the pawn shop an hour before closing. The dude did everything he could to talk me out of getting it out that day because the federal background check system was running way behind. But I wasnt having it....I wanted my gun.

I took electronics in high school...from 1980-84. One of our first projects was to build a digital clock....from scratch.

It was easy...everyone went by the same design....a 60 hz processor....power supply...and an led with 4 spaces.

When finished...it was the size of a wallet.

    This was no science project.

I’ve eaten at waffle house all my 48 years of being a Georgia boy.

IN the 90’s...hurricane Opal ripped through Villa Rica, Ga(Thirty miles west of Atlanta). No one had power. But the local waffle house was open...the cook slinging hashbrowns by the light of a coleman lantern.

The late, great Lewis Grizzard said:

    1. We oughta elect more waffle house cooks to congress, they wouldn’t forget why we sent them there.

    2. Waffle house is the only place where you could pick up your tbone and eat that best meat right off the bone.
