What I meant was that I don't think that a game warden's safety should be valued more than any other person. Why should a hunter be given a bigger penalty for scoping a game warden? I thought I made myself clear but I guess not, unless you believe the penalty should be greater. Aren't we all supposed to be equal under the law?

I support hunting, but when I was a wee lad I learned that you don't point a gun at someone even if you know it is unloaded. I do dissagrre on the point that a game warden's life seems to be worth more than a civilian's.
