I have read the latest few days how at least 3 firearm businesses are refusing to do business with the state of New York. I say bravo! Hit them in the wallet! I am considering writing firearm businesses in Maryland and asking them to do the same if Maryland passes the laws OMalley wants. What say you Freepers?

Milton Freidman made Phil Donahue look like a complete fool (mot a difficult task, even then)in this film clip of an interview from about 1980. It is particularly applicable to todays economy, and should be force fed to all OWS freaks when they finally get sense enough to come in out of the cold....

Reporters, Democrats, and even some Republicans have begun repeating an infectious lie in the prelude to the debt ceiling debate. Secretary of Treasury Tim Geithner started it off and it has been repeated by reporters in print, on radio, and on television, including Fox News. The lie is very simple: a failure to raise the debt ceiling will cause a default on American debt. This is utterly and categorically a lie. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar. As Senator Pat Toomey noted the other day, Next year, about 7 percent of all projected federal government expenditures will go to...

If I were one of the big corporate donors who bankrolled the Republican tide that carried into office more than 50 new Republicans in the House, I would be wary of what you just bought. For no matter your view of President Obama, he effectively saved capitalism. And for that, he paid a terrible political price.

It needs to be said. The rescue of the Chilean miners is a smashing victory for free-market capitalism. Amid the boundless human joy of the miners' liberation, it may seem churlish to make such a claim. It is churlish. These are churlish times, and the stakes are high.

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people. True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the...
