The Judges are making up the rules and evidence as they go. If you can't fight fair, they cheat. Read the ruling and listen to repatriate radio for a discussion of the hearing with Cmdr. Kerchner. ONLY THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T MAKE THE CONNECTION THAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE INSTITUTED TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE QUALIFIED. APPARENTLY ONLY CITIZENS CAN SEE THAT. http://www.youtube.com/haggz51

Mario Apuzzo argued for 3 and a half hours today to knock President Obama off the NJ primary ballot. Obama's attorney argued Wong Kim Ark (1898) and Ankeny. Apuzzo has been spring loaded for this argument for years and Obama's attorney's argument was no match for Apuzzo. He destroyed Obama's attorney!! The Judge will write an opinion and publish it tomorrow morning. No matter what the outcome, appeals will be filed. Wouldn't it be great if the US Supreme Court had to take the case because the NJ Supreme Court rules in our favor.... Check out Mario's account of the...

DARPA to the robotics community: the challenge is on. Today the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is announcing a bold new program aiming to advance robotics technology for disaster response. The DARPA Robotics Challenge is offering tens of million of dollars in funding to teams from anywhere in the world to build robots capable of performing complex mobility and manipulation tasks such as walking over rubble and operating power tools. It all will culminate with an audacious competition with robots driving trucks, breaking through walls, and attempting to perform repairs in a simulated industrial-disaster setting. The winner takes all:...

Madison -- Gov. Scott Walker will not challenge any signatures in an attempt to stop a recall election from being held against him later this year, according to a media report. The election if held would represent only the third recall election for a governor is U.S. history. Walker faced a deadline Monday to challenge the signatures and a campaign spokeswoman told WisPolitics Monday that the Republican governor had not had enough time to examine the signatures. The spokeswoman, Ciara Matthews, did not immediately respond to a phone and email seeking comment. Organizers gathered more than 1 million signatures in...

The Republican leader of the state Senate said Friday he expects recall elections to proceed against three of his colleagues, despite challenges they made to thousands of signatures on petitions seeking their ouster from office. Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said he is hopeful, though, that his election can be blocked through the challenges he made to the Government Accountability Board on Thursday. As for the others, Fitzgerald said, "They're not even close." Fitzgerald was the only one of the four who clearly challenged more than enough signatures to void an election. But whether to reject the signatures is up to...

Democrat Ballot Challenger called as he was walking out of the court house in Tallahassee …. Posted by By GeorgeM at 15 February, at 22 : 53 PM Mike Voelz called me a few minutes ago to say that he was feeling “relief and excitement” upon completing his filing of a Florida Ballot Challenge to Obama. He had been studying FL statutes for two years and is a registered Democrat. He remarked that he was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to file and how friendly they were. He said that they asked him for his BAR number and...

Obama and his attorney are acting like frightened 5 year olds. In his letter he ignores the other 2 attorneys, but is pretty much saying ‘I am afraid of Orly”. See the letter attached. What Obama is asking now, is totally insane. He is asking the Secretary of State of GA to take the trial away from the judge on the eve of the trial. He is mostly crying on the shoulder of the Secretary of State of GA and saying that Orly is bad, because she issued all of those subpoenas. So after the judge told Obama, that the...

Illinois: Illusions in Ballot Security Posted by GeorgeM at 18 January 2012 Presidential Candidate Ed Noonan told us about this BlogTalk radio show tonight, which I caught the latter part of and wish I could have started earlier: Illusions in Ballot Security! Steve Boulton will join Sharon Meroni tonight to discuss The Objectors and the filings today of the Citizenship challenges. Other stuff was discussed first. It was pointed out that in IL, candidates only have to submit a statement that they are qualified. No proof is required. They also pointed out that challenges are often done to scare away...

Ralph Nader is accusing the White House of applying political pressure to stop Democrats who were considering a primary challenge against the president. The consumer activist and former presidential candidate, who had been searching for a prominent Democrat to challenge President Obama, told The Hill he has given up his effort. “I hate to say but it’s over,” Nader told The Hill. Last year, Nader said there was an almost 100 percent chance Obama would face a primary challenge. Nader explained that he had planned to organize a slate of six candidates to primary Obama on a variety of issues....

Four Milwaukee aldermanic candidates won't appear on the ballot because of flaws in their nomination papers, the city Election Commission staff has ruled. Unless the commission overturns those decisions, five incumbent aldermen will be running without opponents on the April 3 ballot - up from three initially - and the number of aldermanic primaries Feb. 21 will be reduced from four to three. Two other incumbents filed challenges to another two candidates' papers, which could bring the number of primaries down to two. Sue Edman, the commission's executive director, said nominating petitions submitted by 1st District candidate Virgie Wynn, 4th...

Will Hillary Clinton challenge Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination? She says no, that she never wants to run for office again. But the pressure is growing on her to change her mind as Obama continues to slide in the polls — and as the left bloc of the party and Latino and black voters become more vocal in their disapproval of the president. And when White House spokesman Jay Carney was asked about the possibility at a press briefing on Monday, he was less than convincing with his answer. “You’d have to ask her,” Carney stammered after Lester...

Michele Bachmann Bashes Romney for Not Signing Pro-Life Pledge by Steven Ertelt | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 6/19/11 3:36 PM Congresswoman Michele Bachmann today bashed Mitt Romney in what could be the first of many Republican presidential clashes over the issue of abortion. Bachmann cicatrized the former Massachusetts governor for not signing a pro-life presidential pledge. As LifeNews.com reported, the Susan B. The pledge has the candidates promising to support only judicial nominees who won’t interpret the Constitution...

WASHINGTON — Maine's Olympia Snowe has long thrived as one of the Senate's leading GOP moderates, but she has recently sided with tea partyers on high-profile votes involving Libya, the budget and the environment as she braces for a primary challenge from the right. Such votes could help Snowe fend off tea party foes who mock her as a "RINO" - Republican In Name Only - and hope to sink her bid for a fourth term next year. Snowe insisted she's been true to her moderate roots.

If House Republicans are serious about wanting to repeal Obamacare, they should pass a Resolution stating that some, or all, portions of the Obamacare law are unconstitutional. A House Resolution doesn't require Senate approval and cannot be vetoed as would be the case with a bill eliminating Obamacare. The Resolution should include a statement reminding the courts that the only justification Chief John Marshall could cite for ruling on the constitutionality of an Act of Congress in Marbury v. Madison was the oath the justices took to support the Constitution. Members of Congress take the same oath and thus have...

Conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin has put out a stunning challenge to those left-wing media personalities accusing conservative talk radio stars and Sarah Palin of encouraging murder. First, he offered $100,000 to Chris Matthews to find any example where Sarah Palin or Levin himself had "promoted the murder of anybody." The direct challenge to Matthews took place shortly after Levin had played clips of Matthews suggesting Levin's passionate radio shows were "angry" and apparently implying that Levin's shows and those of talker Michael Savage had some responsibility for the Tucson murders. The allegation came on the heels of...

While Americans are grappling to understand the Arizona tragedy, the absolute vacuum of leadership on both sides is staggering. We live in a country that has been struck by John Hinckley Jr. and Sirhan Sirhan, Lee Harvey Oswald and Mark David Chapman. And one that’s been hit by terrorists like Timothy McVeigh, the DC Sniper John Allen Muhammad, the Fort Hood killer Nidal Hasan, and 19 highjackers all claiming to be freedom fighters. You’d think we’d understand the difference between madmen and terrorists. All evidence points to the fact that the assailant from this weekend was severely mentally disturbed. His...

"There is great clarity for me on the necessary and urgent need to exercise my responsibility to defend Oklahoma's Constitution against a federal government and president that have gone too far in their overreach of power and authority," Attorney General-elect Scott Pruitt said in a written statement Friday. Pruitt was backed by...

WASHINGTON (AP) — The chairman of the Democratic National Committee on Sunday said he thinks the chances that President Obama will face a serious primary challenger in 2012 are "virtually nil." Former Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, now DNC chairman, said there's always the possibility that a fringe candidate could try to mount a challenge. But Mr. Kaine said Democrats feel very good about Mr. Obama's re-election prospects if, as Mr. Kaine put it, the president keeps doing the job that people elected him to do.

One thing Rahm couldn't do before was to convince people that he was some kind of delicate little flower being victimized by those rough Chicago politicians. He's always been the tough political guy, the guy who gets in the policy wonk's face and tells him to put a cork in it before the policy wonk has a chance to screw up a campaign. Rahm's the guy who sends the fish, the guy who never lets a good crisis go to waste. Clearly, he hasn't let this one go to waste, either. Our delicate little rose. How will this gentle soul...

Whether you are on the streets in Utah, on the job, or answering e-mails, there seems to be certain questions that are most often asked of Christians who challenge Mormon beliefs. The following list, though hardly exhaustive and in no particular order, gives the most common questions, and several quick responses that could be given. These are obviously short starter responses, but hopefully one or more of these might help you to better formulate your own answer. 1. Isn't it unchristian to question someone else's claim to Christianity?•Didn't Joseph Smith do this very thing when he claimed that God told...

China is on course to build a record number of cinemas this year in a burst of movie infrastructure development that is partly aimed at rivalling the "soft power" of Hollywood. Following the state-backed expansion of China's TV and newspaper industries since 2009, the government is promoting a major push of film production and distribution. The state council, China's cabinet, has issued new guidelines for the booming industry that have helped film-makers secure bank loans and reach a wider audience. Qiang Zhongyuan, a director with Beijing Forbidden City Film Company, says the measures have helped him to double his budget...

A host of Arizona lawmakers joined a conservative watchdog group Thursday in filing a 78-page lawsuit challenging the federal health care overhaul, becoming the latest party to enter the growing fight against the law at the local level. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Phoenix by the Goldwater Institute and Arizona representatives, takes aim at several key provisions in the health care law, focusing primarily -- as most challenges have -- on the requirement to purchase health insurance coverage.

A South Dakota minister says he wants to do for religious freedom what the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. did for civil rights. The Rev. H. Wayne Williams, pastor of Liberty Baptist Tabernacle in Rapid City, last month endorsed GOP state Sen. Gordon Howie in the South Dakota governor's race, in defiance of the Internal Revenue Service and a federal court ruling and in hopes of producing a landmark constitutional test case. At issue is an IRS regulation called the Johnson Amendment, enacted in 1954, that says that 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the section of the tax code under which most...

One of the few "funny" stories to come out of the sweeping health care legislation to go through Congress was that the majority who wanted reform -- but did not want it applied to them -- woke up finding themselves subject to those laws. They, too, will eventually find themselves burdened by the same burden of taxes, regulation, and rationed care that the rest of us will suffer. This was not the only thing they failed to notice, but also the fact that this bill is an easy target for attack in the courts. Investor's Business Daily (IBD) notes that...

PHOENIX - Gov. Jan Brewer and Attorney General Terry Goddard asked a judge Friday to dismiss a lawsuit that seeks to overturn the state's new immigration law. Lawyers for both officials say the lawsuit by Washington-based researcher Roberto Frisancho should be thrown out because his claim is based on his speculation that, as a U.S.-born Hispanic, he will be asked for immigration papers as a result of the law. The law requires police, while enforcing other laws, to question a person's immigration status if officers have a reasonable suspicion that the person is in the country illegally. Brewer and Goddard's...

Islamic extremists. And though he argues that the government should NOT interfere with where a church or temple or mosque can be built -- "if you stop this, you violate the Constitution,...

Unemployment is likely to surge above 10 percent during the next few months as millions of “missing” workers return to the labor market. This will pose a huge challenge for the Obama administration and congressional Democrats, who want to run in 2010 on the back of a strengthening economy. Economist Mark Zandi expects the unemployment rate to float above 10 percent during the next few months as workers look to take advantage of improving opportunities. “The increase in unemployment is a sign of a stronger job market, but it is also a sign of how weak the job market still...

During the process of the impeachment of Bill Clinton, Lindsey Graham was the only Republican joining all the Hyde Committee Democrats in voting "nay" on Article Two, perjury in the Jones deposition.
