A former Montgomery County scoutmaster has been found guilty of charges he tried to have sex with an undercover law enforcement officer posing as a 12-year-old boy on the Internet. David Mayberry, 50, of Meadowview Lane in Mont Clare, was convicted Tuesday on one count of attempted unlawful contact with a minor and one count of criminal use of a communication device.
