I have actually been out here in San Francisco all week at a seminar/convention at the SF Marriott. I got here on Tueday (election day). It has been interesting to say the least. It is often claimed that Clinton "balanced the budget" and "reduced the debt". I've been trying to verify the truth in this, so I decided to "go to the source" and get the facts.
