Unsealed court documents detail how the team of prosecutors tasked with convicting Cliven Bundy and his sons of crimes relating to a 2014 armed standoff failed to turn over potential exculpatory evidence to the court, The Oregonian reports. LAS VEGAS (FOX5/AP) - A federal judge in Las Vegas is expected to release Cliven Bundy, his two sons, and a co-defendant. Attorney Daniel Hill told FOX5 Ammon, Cliven and Ryan Bundy will be released. Hill said, "most I can comfortably say since it was a sealed hearing is an issue arose in relation to the defense motions to dismiss." He added, "the motions are taken under submission." It was a surprise move in and of itself when US District Judge Gloria Navarro reversed herself on November 13th (one day before the trial began) and released Ryan Bundy from jail. But now word that Judge Navarro is releasing the other defendants Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne as well. Cliven Bundy and Ammon Bundy have been consistently wearing their jail clothing to court and perhaps that helped Judge Navarro make her decision to help influence the jury away from sympathy for the defendants.....
