    While doing my morning sustainability research i found myself coming across Siemens website, which has done a little updating since my last visit. Within moments i found myself in a .pdf on "smart" neighborhoods to come in NYC, and one of the major subjects discussed is "community intelligence". This raised a brow obviously.
