This may, in fact, be a stupid question. What's the easiest way to delete a whole hard drive of files with Windows 98. And is there a way to do it without wiping out Windows 98 itself. I'm afraid I don't know the specifics. My mom's neighbor wants to get rid of her old machine, but she doesn't want the new people to have any of her old files.
