Normally I wouldn't post such a thing, but I ran across it due to one of the best politics podcasts available from the Apple iTunes Store that I have been a fan of for well over a year. Do the means really ever justify the ends? Is it okay for Democrats to add stowaway items to a bill (Iraqi-Withdrawal plan) meant to deal with our troops in order to get their topical wants passed? I’m not even sure they mean well, but even so - it seems sneaky to me and the focus gets lost among non relevant issues. I know the line between right and wrong can get faded sometimes in politics, but this just seems childish given the sensitive topic.

Several hundred copies of the Gator Standard, a weekly conservative student newspaper published at the University of Florida in Gainesville were stolen on Wednesday, according to its managing editor Adam Guillette. Guillette said this is the second theft in a row. Several people had stolen copies of the Standard's first edition when it came out March 20.
