The Affordable Care Act is "intentionally designed to screw over young people" who are being forced to pay higher premiums, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus says. "It wasn't a mistake. This thing was not an accident," Priebus told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV on Thursday. "Obamacare was intentionally designed to screw over young people so that young people pay for everyone else's stuff.

The Obamacare website (Healthcare.gov) was taken down for maintenance in order to meet the government’s promised deadline of having it running properly. It’s back up and running now. Sort of. On today's Morning Joe, he likened the site to the set of a Hollywood Western--pushing back the facade reveals that there's nothing behind it. Even former Obama spox Robert Gibbs—proudly sporting an Auburn jersey—acknowledged that big chunks of the system, including the payment mechanism for subsidies, haven't even been built yet.
