Florida blog, The Shark Tank, is reporting a "confidential memorandum" announcing an organized, George Soros attack on Congressman Allen West's re-election in the newly re-organized Florida 18th District. Currently, West represents District 22 and currently, I don't think Florida has finalized all of their redistricting.
