  • Pat Sajak Asks Gay Wheel Contestant About The Woman In His Life (Gay Mafia Upset)

A man named T.K. Klotz appeared on Wheel of Fortune tonight, and apparently put on his contestant questionnaire that he's recently engaged. Show host Pat Sajak brought up the "woman who agreed to marry" Klotz during the introductions; no, no, that's not right. There's actually a lot to dig into here. Sajak, of course, is a right-wing extremist who just a few months ago mocked the string of athletes who, of late, have had the courage to come out as gay. There's also the overall assumption that Klotz is somehow undesirable, and all that traditional (and quickly becoming outdated) proposal...

President Barack Obama swore as far back as 2008 he’d close the U.S.-run prison for terror suspects at Guantánamo Bay. Five and a half years later, he finally took a real risk to get that process moving. The president defied Congress over the weekend, ignoring a 30-day notice rule required by law to greenlight the transfer to Qatar of five alleged members of the Taliban held at Guantánamo in exchange for the release of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl in Afghanistan. It’s Obama’s most assertive move to shrink Guantánamo’s population since U.S. embassy bombings suspect Ahmed Ghailani was flown from the...

Calling their opponents Satan worshipers and savages, anti-abortion lawmakers on Wednesday insisted that Republican contenders keep an intense focus on social issues in the upcoming midterm elections and the 2016 presidential race. Like many abortion opponents, the Susan B. Anthony List is in search of a White House contender who won’t shy from social issues after back-to-back presidential nominees in 2008 and 2012 who focused their campaigns on the economy and came up short. Several potential 2016 candidates were making their pitches in blunt terms, urging the group members to stick to their principles and fight those who would stand...

CNN’s Piers Morgan, who as a top tabloid newspaper editor in Britain for years had his reporters ask tough questions and write hard-hitting exposés, thinks the U.S. press has been too easy on the Obama administration. “I would say actually they’ve been probably quite soft and could have gone harder. The financial crisis was inherited by the president, but he’s been there long enough to try to work it out himself. Unemployment’s still comfortably over 7 percent—really completely unacceptable,” said Morgan, 48. … “Issues like Benghazi have exposed some of the limitations of his leading from behind on foreign policy...

ABC News is being accused of deceptively editing, or at least misrepresenting (intentionally or not), some of the comments made by Juror B29, the lone “nonwhite” juror in the George Zimmerman murder trial. Further, the media as a whole are being accused of manipulating some of her statements. These allegations come not from a conservative news source, but rather from Slate.com. The key phrase latched onto by most media outlets, due to its sensational nature, was “George Zimmerman got away with murder” — words that were, in fact, said by Juror B29. The story fed to the press would outrage anyone…and, predictably, it outraged everyone. The family provided a picture of Trayvon at age 12 or 13, which the media ran with the ugliest picture of Zimmerman they could find. The meme of a huge armed adult “stalking” a “helpless child” was born fully grown, to a Godzilla-like size. It loomed over America unopposed. The investigating officers and the State’s Attorney’s Office knew that the evidence showed something else: Zimmerman attacked by Martin, who towered over him, beat him to the ground, clearly smacked his head into the concrete, and might have...

Assad’s forces can now advance on rebel-dominated areas in central and northern Syria, including Aleppo. The president implored his audience to not “buy into the cynicism” of believing change isn’t possible. The nation, though, has grown skeptical of its future, and perhaps of its president.

Nobody’s perfect. Sometimes this statement is used to ridiculously minimize a huge problem (cf. Joe E. Brown’s closing line to Jack Lemmon, in “Some Like It Hot.”), and sometimes it’s used to fairly state an undeniable fact: that there is certainly something imperfect about everyone. No matter whether you’re selecting a spouse or friend in your personal life, or a vendor or employee in your business life, or selecting a school or tutor for your children’s education, you’re forced to make choices in life. There are certainly some issues that are absolute deal-breakers – a too-dangerous location, an unaffordable product,...

A SurveyUSA poll conducted Monday finds that only 35 percent of Missouri adults think Akin should stay in the Senate race, while 54 percent of Missourians think he should drop out. Akin has until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to drop out of the race. SurveyUSA also asked respondents: "The candidate who made the comments, Todd Akin, now says that he mis-spoke. Do you think he mis-spoke?" Only 32 percent say that Akin misspoke, while 52 percent say he did not.

THE ARTICLE COMMENTS: Here is the real problem. My own investigation reveals the following: 1 - one night he was drunk and partying with young women; he drove off a bridge, ran away like a coward, did not get help for 8 hours, and let the young woman die in an air pocket in 6 feet of water 2 - at a conference, he brutally bit and raped a nursing home operator and told her to put ice on it 3 - in his office, he assaulted a woman pleading for a job whose husband had just died 4...

The attacks on newly announced Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan came fast and furious on CNN Saturday. Just before Candy Crowley said this "looks a little bit like some sort of ticket death wish," Gloria Borger called Ryan "a polarizing figure" (video follows with transcript and commentary): WOLF BLITZER, CNN: He's a huge rising star in the Republican Party. GLORIA BORGER, CNN: Right. And what's interesting is that Paul Ryan hasn't always been popular among Republicans. I mean, he's proposed a lot of unpopular things over the years including taking away earmarks. And, but only I think after the...

Earlier in the segment, Alexander explained the role of the sons: "For a candidate who at times has struggled to connect, the campaign hopes the sons can also help explain some of their father's more idiosyncratic moments." In a preview of the interview on Thursday's Today, Alexander proclaimed: "For a candidate who's been called aloof, even awkward, the Romney boys help highlight their father's human side." NBC's Alexander to Romney Sons: 'Are You Out of Touch?' In one line of questioning in the wide-ranging interview, Alexander bizarrely jumped from asking about their missionary work to grilling them on why they...

Colorado Tea Party Patriots member Jim Holmes told The Daily Caller in a Friday interview that his day has been “surreal” after falsely being linked to the Batman movie massacre in Colorado by an on-air ABC News reporter. “What kind of idiot makes that kind of statement?” Holmes told TheDC. “Really, seriously, how do we take a journalist seriously when it’s pretty clear they really haven’t done any sort of check on their facts?” Holmes has the unfortunate coincidence of sharing a similar name with James Holmes, the 24-year-old accused of going on a rampage during a midnight showing of...
