Wagoner, Okla. (CBS HOUSTON) – A newly-hired teacher was found intoxicated and not wearing any pants inside an Oklahoma high school classroom on her first day of work, according to Wagoner police. Police arrested Lorie Hill after two Wagoner High School teachers found her intoxicated and without pants in an empty classroom she was claiming to be her own, KOKI-TV reports. A teacher, who is also a championship track and field coach, is charged with driving drunk with her young children in the car. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Carolyn Garger after she hit a car and then crashed into a ditch. The children in her car were under 15-years-old. The 7th Air Force called last weekend’s ban on drinking a “success,” with no alcohol-related incidents recorded during the 66-hour period.
