    EAST WINDSOR, Conn. (AP) _ The April drowning deaths of an Afghani couple in a park pond have been ruled accidental, authorities said. Mohammad Gumshuda, 53, and his wife, Simmer Hider, both of East Windsor, were found April 18 in about 10 feet of water at East Windsor Park.
