Last night English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson was attacked and beaten up by a gang of “Asians”. The following report just came in from a source in the EDL: He was out driving, when he saw a car similar to his wife’s, driven by a blond white girl. The other car flashed its lights so Tommy pulled over. A group of Pakistani youths wearing knuckle dusters poured out. Tommy was knocked out pretty quickly, and they gave him a good kicking. He looks pretty beaten up, but no bones were broken, and no eyes or teeth are missing. He...

As we reported last weekend, Rhea Page, a 22 year old healthcare support worker from Leicester, recently saw the gang of girls who subjected her to a vicious beating walk free after the judge heard that, as Muslims, they were not used to the effects of alcohol. Judge Robert Brown ruled that Rhea’s attackers would be given only suspended sentences and that despite their repeatedly calling their victim a “white slag” and “white bitch”, the offence was not racially aggravated. The EDL believe this to be a clear example of a two tier system in which crimes perpetrated by ‘sensitive...

I haven’t written about that self-proclaimed haven of moderation and tolerance, the East London Mosque, for a few weeks. After having their tolerance of hatred and extremism repeatedly exposed, they’ve been keeping their heads down. But now normal service is back. Last Friday, according to publicity material (above) and its Facebook page, the mosque was due to host that conspicuous moderate

The English Defence League and British Freedom This afternoon a group of English Defence League leaders gathered at a venue in the West Midlands for an organizational meeting. Gaia was in attendance, and sends the following report: The main topic of his talk was a future relationship between the EDL and the British Freedom Party, which recently elected Paul Weston as its chairman. British Freedom: Paul Weston The atmosphere was definitely upbeat, and Tommy had the full attention of the assembled group during his talk. The crowd of 250-300 listened attentively and applauded from time to time. He explained that...

Police arrested 179 members of the English Defence League after reports of repeated threats to attack Occupy protesters camped outside St Paul's Cathedral on Armistice Day. Scotland Yard said they believed a breach of the peace was about to take place after they got intelligence that the EDL were planning the Armistice Day attack. The law states officers can arrest if they believe the breach of the peace to be "imminent." A member of the tented community outside the cathedral expressed gratitude to the police for preventing any violence. "It is fantastic if they are using their resources to try...

'The home secretary is banning Muslims Against Crusades (MAC), a group that planned an anti-Armistice Day protest. It had wanted to repeat a demonstration held last year, when it burned poppies near London's Albert Hall. Theresa May's order will make membership or support of MAC a criminal offence. It is closely linked to seven other previously-banned groups. The organisation, now dissolved, said "the call for Islam will never be silenced by any ban or proscription". Mrs May said she was satisfied that Muslims Against Crusades (MAC) was "simply another name for an organisation already proscribed under a number of names"....

Commander Javed Karmazkhel Wazir — of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan — claimed 200 suicide bombers and assassins are ready to launch attacks. And he said their recruits looked "liberal", adding: "You will not see bearded men or veiled women doing this."

It is unclear whether or not he is still ‘banned’ or whether justice and common sense have been allowed to prevail.

British police allowed about a hundred jihadists chanting offensive slogans to march through central London Sunday and burn a US flag during the memorial events for the 9/11 massacres ten years ago. At the same time, a group organized by the nationalist English Defense League that gathered to lay wreaths at the U.S. Embassy in London was told to move away in order to avert a possible clash between the groups. Police used force against the EDL group. The jihadis chanted "USA – terror state!", "Burn, burn, USA!" and "Muslims rise up!" as a US flag was burned. One of...

Stephen Lennon (AKA Tommy Robinson), leader of the controversial English Defence League, has been charged with breaching bail conditions and remanded in custody at Luton Magistrates Court. An EDl spokesperson has described Mr. Lennon as a “political prisoner” and says that he is on hunger strike. His bail was set by Blackburn Magistrates Court, where he is due to go on trial later this month for allegedly assaulting a man at an EDL protest in the Lancashire town on April 2. Mr. Lennon denies the charge against him. Home Secretary Theresa May had banned the EDL from marching through Tower...

Just how dumb is Unite Against Fascism? Having lobbied the government many times in recent months to ban marches by the English Defence League, it is now outraged that the Government has not only taken up this offer to squish the EDL but has pushed it further, by banning all public protests in five London boroughs for the next 30 days.

”The Prime Minister: The hon. Gentleman speaks not only for his constituents, but, frankly, for the whole House in deprecating the English Defence League and all it stands for. On its attempt to say that it will somehow help to restore order, I have described some parts of our society as sick, and there is none sicker than the EDL. “ Found near the bottom: Found near the bottom at the house of commons page

LONDON — The leader of a British far-right group says its members are taking to the streets of British cities in an attempt to quell riots that have spread across the country for four nights. Stephen Lennon, leader of the English Defense League, told The Associated Press that up to 1,000 members planned to turn out in Luton, where the group is based, and others areas that have suffered unrest, including the northwestern city of Manchester.

There is an unholy trinity that has come together to bring about what Palestinians shout at their demonstrations ‘From the River to Sea, Palestine will be free!’ It is a tripod of hate from the intellecutally bankrupt Left-wing communists and right-wing fascists and Nazis, supported by Islamists. From the River to the Jordan to the Mediterranean sea Palestine will be established at the expense of the state of Israel. Yet there has never been a state of Palestine, there has never been an Arabic nation based in Palestine, it was invaded in the 7th and 8th Centuries by Arab Islamists...

The streets were crowded with families, friends and citizens, all giving them a proud welcome – except for one tiny group of local muslims who taunted them with banners and jeers, calling the soldiers rapists, murderers and baby killers. Police protected them from angry locals but five of the protesters were later convicted of abusive conduct and harassment.

In a show of force over 6000 non-Muslims proudly marched through the heavily Muslim populated city of Luton. The rally was organized by strongmen of the UK, the English Defence League (EDL). The UK is not dead yet, and we need to support our mates who are going to keep the Britishness in Britain!

Below is the text of the speech given today in Luton by Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff: Ladies and gentlemen, I am delighted to be here in Luton, the birthplace of the English Defence League. Native Lutonians are living at Ground Zero of the attempted Islamic takeover of England. Your resistance is an inspiration to everyone in the European Counterjihad. It is a privilege to have been invited to this historic event. As most of you know, I have been charged with hate speech in Austria, and my trial is currently underway. What were the charges against me? The original charge was “incitement...

As many here on this web site has advocated. The English soccer hooligans - i.e. the normal lower class Brits - are finally standing up. The cannon fodder of Gallipolli, Sword Beach etc. are standing up and want to be heard. You even have the British equivalent of Sox and Yankees fans walking arm in arm. Even the BBC have noticed. Have a look at it. Cheers.

Over at GatesofVienna Baron Bodissey, with his thanks to Vlad Tepes for the YouTube work, has posted a clip from a Norwegian TV interview with English Defense League leader Tommy Robinson. There are subtitles and a transcript of the Norwegian parts of the dialogue. Here’s a link to the GatesofVienna site: http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2011/01/today-its-luton-tomorrow-its-your-town.html#more It is worth noting that the Norwegian television crew treacherously filmed and broadcast the license plate number of one of the EDL members’ cars and revealed Tommy’s real name. Here’s the transcription, as is, from the GatesofVienna piece: Transcript: 00:00 The rise of radical Muslims groups also means...

From Gates of Vienna: Here’s a Sky News interview with an intelligent, well-spoken, brave young man named Tommy Robinson. He’s the leader of the upstart anti-Islamization 66,000-members-strong (by his estimate)English Defence League (EDL). http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2010/12/tommy-robinson-on-sky-news.html The EDL has become the center of controversy once again for accepting American Pastor Terry Jones’ request to go and speak at an EDL rally. Jones recently lit an international firestorm by setting aside a day at his church to burn copies of the Koran – an event he finally cancelled. Here are a few of Robinsons’ comments in response to the host’s questions, with my...

Eleven men have been arrested during an English Defence League (EDL) march and counter-protest in Peterborough. There were a variety of public order offences, including suspicion of assaulting police officers. About 1,000 officers from 18 forces policed the protests. Cambridgeshire Constabulary said about 500 EDL protesters were involved. They said about 80 people took part in the Peterborough Trades Union Council protest and no arrests were made there.

Meanwhile, over in Peterborough, England, the English Defense League (EDL) held a rally today. Here’s some YouTube video of spokesman Guramit Singh, an Englishman, addressing the crowd. Send the kids away while you watch this one – it’s pretty salty language – but he’s got his facts about Islam pretty straight: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=En3IL7sKBg8 I don’t know how much of a following the EDL will develop among the English middle class. The middle-aged have really got to be rubbing their eyes, trying to figure out what in the world happened to their nation after WWII. It’s a sure thing that the many...

With thanks to Gates of Vienna. There’s something afoot in England – perhaps there’s just a little fight left in a few of them yet. The volunteer English Defense League is stirring. While the Queen, Prince Charles, the Prime Minister, Parliament, the police and the socialism-addicted middle class flounder about as Islam overtakes and devours the continent, there are some young English people who are not yet ready to lay down and give up. There’s a rally set for Peterborough on December 11, which is Saturday next. Here’s a link to their promotional video. It’s worth your two and one-half...

As predicted here at Atlas, the vile Islamic supremacist, through massive voter fraud (isn't always how they get their way?), has taken the electon. In my New York Times interview here, I repeated what I have said and thought for some time -- that the first country that will be Islamic in Europe will be the U.K. This terrible election victory just validates my prediction. An Islamic supremacist with fundamentalist links was elected Executive Mayor of Tower Hamlet council, with control of over a billion dollar budget. Mind you, he was previously fired for extremist ties. But the Islamic machine...

DAVID Cameron would look to ban groups like the English Defence League if he wins the general election, he said during his latest visit to the Midlands yesterday. The Conservative leader made his pledge as he met employees at West Midlands Ambulance Service Depot in Dudley, following the Bank Holiday demonstrations by the group in the town, in a final attempt to convince voters to swing to Tory. Mr Cameron said: “The EDL are terrible people, we would always keep these groups under review and if we needed to ban them, we would ban them or any groups which incite...

The English Defence League (EDL) has been meeting with Orthodox Rabbi Nachum Shifren this week ahead of today's demonstration in support of Israel outside the Israeli embassy in London. This is part of the growing interaction between the EDL and the counter-jihad movement in the US that I enthusiastically support. Rabbi Nachum Shifren is running for Senate in California. Atlas strongly endorses this candidate. Rabbi Shifren is an Orthodox Rabbi and California State Senate Candidate. Rabbi Shifren has received endorsement from the Jewish community in Los Angeles and has been praised by organizations throughout the US for his steadfast support...

Thought you might like to see this piece Mark Hosenball did on the EDL. Clearly the left is attempting to split the counter jihad movement. They want me to distance myself from brave souls fighting Islamic supremacism. N-O-T G-O-I-N-G T-O H-A-P-P-E-N. If I lived in England, I would surely be active in the EDL Jewish division. Members of the EDL will be attending our rally to stop the Ground Zero Islamic supremacist mosque on September 11th (be there). Read the whole thing. Newsweak's bias is obvious, but at least they published my responses. That is, in itself, a small victory:...

Bradford: Smoke bombs thrown at English Defence League protest Chanting "give us our country back" and holding signs saying "no more mosques" and "no to sharia (law)," the EDL protesters were soon pushed back by police. The English Defence League was founded a year ago in Luton as a response to the vile Muslim protests hurling disgusting abuse at returning Brit soldiers. The stated goal of the EDL is to oppose militant Islam and the sharia. What's wrong with that? Everything to the PC, leftist slaves in the media and the government. Things got ugly at a demonstration in Bradford,...

About 700 protesters from a far-right group have clashed with hundreds of riot police in northern England. The English Defense League activists threw bottles, rocks and a smoke bomb at the riot police after the authorities penned in the protesters to keep them away from an opposing demonstration by a leftist group, United Against Fascism. No injuries were reported in the city of Bradford on Saturday, but police said five people were arrested. The English Defense League opposes what it calls the spread of Islam, Sharia law and Islamic extremism in England. It was holding its protest in a city...

Muslim demonstrators had shouted abuse at British soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Anglian Regiment, during a homecoming parade in the town in March last year. They had shouted "British soldiers go to hell" and called them "butchers of Basra". Scores of police had to break up clashes between members of the right-wing English Defence League (EDL) and Muslims in Luton town centre on Thursday. Trouble flared after Kevin Carroll, 41, lost at appeal at Luton Crown Court to overturn a conviction for using threatening behaviour at an earlier demonstration. Up to 80 officers had to keep a group...

Screaming hate and brandishing vile placards, Muslim extremists and far-Right groups clashed yesterday in ugly scenes that marred a parade by soldiers. Around 40 members of a group called Muslims Against the Crusades (MAC) arrived with inflammatory banners featuring slogans such as 'Butchers return' and 'What are you dying for? £18k'. They were soon confronted by 100 people, some wearing English Defence League T-shirts, who shouted 'scum' and 'Muslim bombers off our streets'.

A group of extremist Muslims prompted violent clashes at a homecoming parade for British troops today after they heckled soldiers and called them 'murderers.' Members of the Muslim Against the Crusade group clashed with far right protesters as they shouted 'murderers, murderers, murderers' and 'British troops go to hell' as members of the 1st Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment paraded down the streets of Barking, Essex. The chants were drowned out by a large mob on the opposite side of the street who retaliated with jeers of 'Traitors' to the Muslim protesters. The hour-long parade had been delayed due to...

The English Defence League, continues to fight against the attempted Islamic takeover of the UK. One of the problems though, is that they are fighting against their own government as well. In the short video below, check out Gordon Brown’s pathetic speech on Islam. Brown is a another big time Islamophile. Who is gutless, and living in a far left fantasy land. Like Obama, he is part of the problem.

Although a recent Muslim march was canceled in the UK, the English Defence League still sees the threat and took to the streets to remind Muslims that this fight has just begun! Police arrest 15 in anti-Islam demonstration LONDON — Police arrested 15 people and four officers were injured when scuffles broke out at a demonstration by about 300 members of an anti-Islam group in central England on Saturday.

On Platform One at Bolton station a mob of around 100 men punch the air in unison. The chant goes up: 'Muslim bombers, off our streets, Muslim bombers off our streets...' Their voices echo loudly and more men suddenly appear; startled passengers move aside. The group march forward waving St George Cross flags and holding up placards. The throng of men around me applaud. A train heading for Glasgow draws up on the opposite platform and the men turn as one, bursting into song: 'Engelaand, Engelaand, Engelaand.' The gathering is remarkable, as on a match day these men would be...

Details of today's EDL rally in Nottingham are beginning to filter in. Once again media reports go out of their way to portray the EDL as drunken, masked hooligans and the UAF group as dear little angels. Funny. They don't show the UAF taunting the EDL marchers or throwing sticks at the police. And MSM photos of the UAF are thin on the ground - don't you wonder why.

LEEDS, United Kingdom - Protestors converged on the town of Leeds in northern England in a face off over Islamic extremism over the weekend. Radical Islam is on the rise in Great Britain, but so are demonstrations by those who say enough is enough. Leeds has a large Muslim community and a new group known as the English Defence League wants their government to do more against the growing influence of radical Islam. Protestors were angry with the government, and took it out on police. The night before the protest, leaders of the English Defence League took CBN News to...
