(Reuters) - Following are main findings by the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in a report on Sunday saying that time is running out to keep global warming within agreed limits. The 33-page summary, by leading scientists, is meant to guide almost 200 governments which have promised to work out a deal by the end of 2015 to slow climate change. The Democratic-led Senate returns on Tuesday and the Republican-led House of Representatives convenes on Wednesday with a dismal popularity level. Opinion polls taken in the aftermath of their...

(Reuters) - The healthcare reform measure passed by the House of Representatives on Sunday delivers some good news for drugmakers, device companies and even health insurers. Among the changes in the legislation was a provision delaying hefty taxes on those three industries by at least a year. Following are some of the winners and losers in the overall healthcare industry based on a Senate version of the bill and the reconciliation bill passed by the House on Sunday. The Senate must vote on the reconciliation bill, so changes could still emerge. WINNERS BRAND-NAME DRUGMAKERS * The pharmaceutical industry keeps its...
