FEMA Considers Dome Shelter For Disaster Relief

If a major disaster struck and you couldn't live in your home would you have a place to go? Don Kubley claims he has an answer. It's called the InterShelter™ and Kubley said it could provide safe shelter for everyone within two hours. The solar dome's President and inventor spoke before Congress and now FEMA is considering the InterShelter™ as the emergency shelter of choice across the nation. It can withstand winds up to 200 miles per hour and temperatures from 120 degress Fahrenheit down to 70 degrees below. All you need is a screwdriver, a wrench and a step...

Mercenary Troops Begin Takeover of American Towns

In the name of fighting terror, anything is permitted: FEMA camps, merc takeover of American towns, enemies of the state lists, the harassment of citizens, roadblocks, making lists of gun owners. The American people continue to support anything as long as it is branded with the “anti-terror” bumper sticker. People need to wake up. The excuse called “terror” will only last so long – until it is too late to regret. Our constitutional government is OVER. It is time that we stop trying to revive the corpse and start waking up to the reality that we need to stick together...

FEMA Grant to ACORN is Offensive

Earlier this month and despite the public scrutiny over the voter fraud and felony criminal activity associated with ACORN, the Department of Homeland Security went ahead and granted $997,402 to ACORN under the FY 2008 Fire Prevention and Safety Program. To most people, the timing and the amount of the grant would seem off base, but when you take into account the fact that DHS awarded ACORN–an organization with no clear expertise in fire safety and prevention–a fire prevention and safety grant, it’s just plain offensive.

FEMA Awards Fire Prevention Grant to ACORN

Just a few weeks ago, on September 4th, FEMA handed over $1 million to the ACORN Institute, an ACORN affiliate in New Orleans. The grant is for “fire prevention.” You can find the grant here. Virtually every other organization receiving “fire prevention” grants is a fire deparment or medical facility. Here’s some background on ACORN Institute: An affiliate of ACORN, the ACORN Institute, has been a participant in the IRS tax assistance program. The institute prides itself as a one-stop shopping service for low-income households seeking free benefits. In addition to tax preparation, it also provides information on how to...

A Modern Day "Modest Proposal" With each new Trillion dollar bailout and public give-away, lots of us taxpayers are getting uncomfortable. We used to see ourselves as productive citizens; now we wonder if we are being looked at as mere monetary food. Someone has to pay off this massive debt! This is what cannibalism is at its core: societal self-consumption. In this case, national self-consumption. Very soon, tax-suckers will outnumber tax payers. What's worse, those on the dole have a powerful entitlement mindset about your wallet. It's stealing with a muscular middleman.
Waco woman may lose home after FEMA rules she lives in a flood plain

Sunday, September 06, 2009 The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s policy requiring flood insurance in flood plains is meant to protect life and property. But in East Waco, it may cost a single mom her home. Charrie Rollins, 36, is facing foreclosure on the $81,000 brick home she bought three years ago on Bowers Lane near Interstate 35. She says she has fallen behind on her payments because she can’t afford the flood insurance her lender began requiring after FEMA determined last summer that her home was in a flood plain. FEMA last September reclassified the area east of Hillsboro Drive...

Mass. Health Bill Would Allow Warrantless Arrests, Quarantines

A pandemic and disaster preparation bill (S. 2028) passed unanimously by the Massachusetts Senate earlier this year is receiving wide-spread criticism as citizens mobilize to oppose its passage in the commonwealth’s House of Representatives. “Under this bill, Massachusetts becomes a medical police state. There is no debating it,” wrote Natural News editor Michael Adams in an August 28 article entitled "Wake Up, America: Forced vaccinations, quarantine camps, health care interrogations and mandatory 'decontaminations,'" where he suggested America was delving into medical fascism. “The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period.
In Case of Emergency

“We need to change behavior in this country,” he told about 400 emergency-management instructors at a conference in June, lambasting the “government-centric” approach to disasters. He learned a perverse lesson in Florida: the more the federal government does in routine emergencies, the greater the odds of catastrophic failure in a big disaster. “It’s like a Chinese finger trap,” he told me last spring, as a hailstorm fittingly raged outside his office. If the feds do more, the public, along with state and local officials, do less. They come to expect ice and water in 24 hours and full reimbursement for...

Army National Guard Recruiting FEMA Camp Or 'Internment/Resettlement' Specialists
