As soon as they set foot in the McKeesport garage of a former funeral director, investigators knew they were dealing with death. The odor was awful. MIRAMAR, Fla. Dec 24, 2004 — A doctor whose license was revoked for botching abortions, including leaving fetus parts inside a patient, was arrested on charges he continued to perform the procedures. Robelto A. Osborne, 44, turned himself in to police Wednesday and was released on bond. He was charged with performing medicine without a license, a third-degree felony.
