An illegal immigrant deported a month ago after serving a prison sentence was arrested for peeking through a window to watch a 12-year-old boy shower and dropping his pants in front of a woman. Juan Gutierrez Bahena, 28, was deported May 26 after serving a prison sentence for drug possession but he returned to California and was arrested Monday.
