Has anyone seen my Recession? by JohnHuang2 If this “very bad” booming economy doesn’t tank soon, liberals will all be on suicide watch, poor dears. A survey by the World Economic Forum ranked America’s economy No. 1 for competitiveness and innovation, so liberals respond by moping about the subprime nonsense. These same liberal ninnies claimed the Soviet Union would bury us with its dazzling prosperity. The Soviet Union then collapsed, but liberals still claim Cuba is a prosperous paradise — produced tons and tons of sugar last year! Top that, America! Countless Cubans have risked their lives on rafts...

Counting liberals on the head of a flag pin by JohnHuang2 If this keeps up, pretty soon Barack Hussein Obama will have to start burning American flags at rallies and shouting ‘Death to America!’ to remain a viable Democrat candidate. The latest Fox News poll shows a sizable chunk of the Democrat Party thinks the world would be better off if the U.S. lost the war in Iraq. “Only” almost 40 percent of Democrats either want the U.S. to lose or are on the fence. Sensing an opening, Obama bragged to a reporter in Iowa that he doesn’t wear...

ARLINGTON, Va. -- President Bush, delivering a Memorial Day message surrounded by the graves of thousands of military dead, said Monday that the United States must continue fighting the war on terror in the name of those have already given their life in the cause. "The best way to pay respect is to value why a sacrifice was made," Bush said, quoting from a letter that Lt. Mark Dooley wrote to his parents before being killed last September in the Iraqi city of Ramadi. Monday's observance at Arlington National Cemetery was not a funeral, so demonstrators were free to speak...

Outside Walter Reed on Friday Nights, Two Camps Stand Their Ground Every Friday night, Gael Murphy and Kristinn Taylor meet in Northwest Washington, separated by a bustling four-lane road -- and a whole lot more. Since spring, the two have stood firmly on opposite sides of Georgia Avenue NW in front of Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Murphy leading a coalition of war protesters, Taylor marshaling supporters of the Iraq war. Both sides say they are there to support the troops. Beyond that, there's little common ground. "They start yelling, 'Murderer!' 'Traitor!' They call me by name," said Murphy, a...

As many are aware, led by Moveon.org, the radical American-hating libs held a "vigil" tonight to mark the 2000th passing of a brave soldier who volunteered his service.  About a dozen of us from Free Republic and Protest Warrior assembled in White Plains to meet this filth head-on.Our crowd was diverse; there was a mom with two teenage daughters who were on hand to support the troops and the mission.  One marine who spent a year in Iraq came with his wife...as did his brother- another marine on call to leave for Iraq at any time.  A mother of a...

It was an interesting day in Nashville, Tennessee. While President Bush was here for a technology conference at Vanderbilt University and a $25,000 a plate Republican fundraiser local and Federal law enforcement descended on an American Airlines jet at Nashville International suspected of having explosive materials present. A bomb dog was guilty of having too fine a nose, signaling for a computer case that belonged to a farmer who had been handling fertilizer shortly before his flight. Fortunately the President was using an alternative airport on this trip. A.N.S.W.E.R./MoveOn.org, members and their puppets were out in force. Around 100 protestors...

Any ideas for us?

By way of introduction, Snowflake has often joined mid-Missouri Freepers in countering the peace coalition’s “peace vigils” in front of the Columbia Post Office. Several times over the years members of the peace groups have accosted military families as they enter or leave the post office on business. The Freepers try to make a presence there each week in order to show the military families, armed forces members, and veterans that they have support in Columbia. Several of us are dedicated to this presence and we post short articles about our experiences each week. Sometimes discussions, arguments, or confrontations occur....

I need specific cases of Hillary Clinton's various scams and outrageous acts and links. We are going to FReep her 2 booksignings in Arkansas next month and plan to make up a fact sheet to pass out documenting some of her crimes, lies and outrageous actions. I know there are lots of links on FR, and a lot of FReepers with information. We need to make it simple, clear and concise, in a list form. I think of it as a way of funning interference in advance of any potential candidacy.

Sunday in the Sunshine State on the Suncoast dawned dreary, cloudy with a forecast of storms and increasing winds. Despite the gloomy skies we can report: Mission Accomplished!!! We gathered on the 4 corners of the busiest intersection in Venice, FL. and we got on local comcast SNN6 TV station! About 30 Patriots led by 2 Freepers, Joe Brower & your reporter waved signs & flags for almost 3 hours at Rte 41 Bypass & Venice Ave. while passing cars honked, cheered and gave 'thumbs up' signs to show their approval. I had collected email addresses of people who attend...

This rally was my brainstorm on Tuesday. Take some advice from me. Never try to put together a rally in four days. I arrived at the courthouse in Point Pleasant at 12:30 and found the streets pretty empty, which is normal on Saturday. I took out my flag balloon and tied it to my antennea. I stuck flag clings to my car windows, put two patriotic CDs in my changer, opened all the car windows and blasted the stereo. A lady arrived with her two grandchildren and flags. After a few minutes, my friend and FR lurker, Kathy arrived with...

Disturbing the Peace Creepy “FReepers” Target Activists By Michael I. Niman ArtVoice 3/13/03 The Cayuga Coalition for Peace meeting had just gotten under way at an Auburn, New York church earlier this month when a tall stocky smile-less middle-aged man quietly entered the building. Refusing to join the meeting at a large table in the center of the room, he instead settled into a chair off to the side, took out a pad, and began scribbling notes. Coalition members would later learn he was labeling them as “commy#1” [sic.], “commy#2” [sic.] and so on, recording everything they said and did....
