The number of full-time jobs has plummeted since June 2023, with Americans turning to part-time jobs and working multiple jobs to make up the difference as economic factors like high inflation continue to put stress on consumers, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). San Francisco Police Commissioner Joe Veronese has called for a city attorney's investigation into possible misuse of public funds after learning that Police Officers Association President Gary Delagnes was getting a roughly $100,000-a-year police salary while working full-time for the union.
